The rooms are average

The hotel is not a 4 star, but rather a 3 star or even a 2 star.

the service is very poor, even disrespectful and you can feel that the employees fear their management instead of showing initiative to satisfy the customer - it's a one star service.

I regret coming here.

Nice locations. Peace and quiet. Very limy traffic notice. And you still in the center.
The hotel it self do not live up to there 4 starts.
Internet is useless for any kind of normal steaming.
Bed is horrible. You feel the frame though the mattress which should have been changed years ago.

NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. The hotel itself appears to be good, but do not be fooled by the official pictures. The pool, but tub and sauna are actually quite nice. The gym is laughable with no free weights or treadmill. But the real problem was the room. In spite of researching ahead of time, one we got there we found out that the double bed was actually a sofa with a pull out cot that can be placed next to it. To nobody's surprise this is not comfortable, and not ideal for a romantic getaway. We immediately talked to management about it, and they assured us that was the right room and reiterated how to "make" the double bed.
