The Best place to stay in Nice , at the centre of everything . I will choose there again .

The room is large and the transportation is convenient. It is very close to the old town of Nice and you can walk around the city. The price is also reasonable. You can cook your own food, which is great.

The hotel was a bit of a disappointment (Adagio is part of the Accor chain and as far as I remember it had 3 stars, but not this one. The room is uncomfortable, there is no bedspread and no rugs in the room, just cold tiles all around. You have to take out the trash yourself when you check out, the carpet in the halls is all stained, as if someone was trying to get rid of a corpse. I didn't like it

Good hotel, the room was clean, everything worked properly, the kitchen is well equipped, there are frying pans and pots, bottle openers, a corkscrew... The only thing is that not all categories have capsule coffee machines, but there is a coffee maker. The hotel met my requirements quite well.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect - right in the city center. It was easy to get to anywhere by walking. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay!

The hotel was in a good location, close to transportation links, the old town, and the beach. There was some construction going on outside, so it was a bit noisy. The staff was friendly. There was no water or toiletries in the shower, just soap and shower gel.

They were kind enough to upgrade our room to a really spacious room. The bathroom had a really nice bathtub with the best shower. The living room was also very nice, but the kitchen was small for that size of room. It’s an old hotel that just needs a little bit of refurbishing(painting maybe) Location is perfect. A short and pleasant walk from the tram station that brought us from Nice Airport. A warm and professional greeting from the (excellent) receptionist. Spacious apartment which we found to be clean and stylish and comfortable and well-maintained. Next time we travel to Nice, we will not hesitate to stay here again.

no cleaning, only after registering at the reception 2 days in advance, no water in the rooms, no coffee machine, looks like a better class hostel, the price of the apartment is too expensive for its 4* class

I stayed one night near the airport before a program starts. The room is spacious and clean. It’s not too far from the airport even if you walk.

The room location is OK, but not friendly to Chinese people. The room was on a bad floor.

Excellent location, right between the famous cities of southern France, all about a 40-minute drive away. Very close to the airport, with a train station and parking lot downstairs, and a gas station right at the exit. It's right on the highway exit. The room was spacious and clean, and the reception was very warm.

We enjoyed our stay overall, except that one man at reception was very rude and demeaning. Everything else was excellent. Rooms were clean, location was perfect, all the other staff was kind, polite, and helpful. Amenities were great. It would have been a perfect review except for first impressions by rude receptionist.

We love staying here, the terrace rooms are fantastic although when it is very hot it could do with an umbrella for shade but I understand that the wind up there does not make this possible. The staff are friendly & polite and were extremely helpful. This hotel is always our go to when we are in Nice

This hotel is okay if you want to be close to the airport. 5 minutes drive. It is rather new. Rooms are pretty cramped versus what they show on their website. Very little space to manœuvre between table and beds. The bathroom cabin is a good idea but it is on the cheap side. Nothing like a Japanese bathroom cabin unfortunately. People at the lobby were very nice. Unfortunately I did not see any difference...

Nice hotel in front of the sea side : perfection spot! The staff is lovely, smiling and helpful. The rooms are neat and correctly furnished. In summary, the hotel is good!

The room wasn't big, but it had all the amenities I needed. It even had a small balcony, but since it was on a low floor, I didn't go out much. The best part was that I could watch Netflix on the TV!

The city center is very convenient, a 2-minute walk to Place Massena. The only problem is that the hotel has no elevator, the rooms are not cleaned every day, and there is no reception after 8 pm. However, the hotel is very new and you can cook.

Good location and friendly staff at the reception. Located just near the centre. The only thing was some kind of unpleasant smell in the room as I noticed it was from the bedsheet

The staff at the front desk were very friendly, and although the room was on the smaller side, it had everything I needed. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, and the shower area in the bathroom was completely separated from the toilet, which was a big plus for me. Overall, the space and facilities were perfect for a solo trip! ✨

Hygiene: Clean and tidy Environment: Right outside is a shopping street, and there's a Chinese restaurant across the street. Service: The front desk staff asked for my arrival time in advance, mentioning that the front desk would be unstaffed after 8 PM. However, I still saw staff members when I returned around 9 PM.

The serviced apartment is very convenient, with kitchen and bathroom facilities, and the rooms are relatively large. Downstairs is the commercial street, with restaurants, supermarkets and small shops. You can still find food after 10 pm. The Galeries Lafayette in Nice is right next to it. The baby said that this hotel is one of her favorite hotels during the whole trip.

Very convenient location of the hotel. Friendly staff, the first day there was no hot water, we contacted the reception and our problem was solved in 30 minutes. If you arrive before check-in time, you can leave your things in the storage room and go to the embankment to sit in a cafe. We will definitely come back again.

Amazing staff that went above and beyond to decorate the room for my honeymoon. The room with the balcony provides a great view over the busy streets of Nice. Will definitely come back here

Super little hotel/guest house in fantastic location. Very quirky, shabby chic rooms. Very clean with comfortable bed. You feel like a local entering through a big wooden door straight off a street of high end designer shops.

I was completely taken with the ambiance of this place. My host was awesome. I had the pleasure of a fabulous street performer at the nearby intersection playing and singing beautiful songs. I knew it was an excellent location.... but it was even better than expected. In case you need to know where Chanel, Armani, YSL, LV, etc etc are.... they are in this street.

Great location for beach promenade, city shopping streets, public transportation and bus 98 to airport. However, its on 3rd floor (named 2nd floor in building) with no elevator. Small room with pedestrian street view, AC worked good, minibar and TV.
