The coastline in the early morning is beautiful.

The staff were really friendly, and the room was spacious with a beautiful view. The facilities felt more like a 3-star hotel, but everything was clean and well-stocked, which made up for it. The location is fantastic – I could walk to almost all the popular spots, and it's super close to both the airport and train station. If I ever come back to Nice, I'd definitely book this hotel again.

I had a slight issue upon check-in. They initially gave me a lower-tier room (picture 2), but when I saw the difference after opening the door, I immediately went back to the front desk to get the premium sea view room I had paid for (picture 1). Honestly, the difference isn't that significant. The hotel also has a decent fitness center, good for cardio workouts and weight loss.

I’m so grateful for the complimentary upgrade to a suite, it was incredibly spacious and perfect for accommodating my family. The view was absolutely stunning, right in front of the beach, and the large balcony made it even better. The front desk staff was very attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this place.

The location is very nice that 3 mins walk to shopping area and 1 mins walk to the beach! Also there are many restaurants and cafe behide the hotel! The view of the room is awesome! This is suggest to enjoy the breakfast at the balcony!

The hotel offers a stunning panoramic view of Angel Bay, and its location is incredibly convenient for getting around. The weather was fantastic during my entire stay, making me want to just relax indoors. The Western breakfast served was pretty good, though I'd personally love to see some congee or rice added to cater to a Chinese palate like mine.

The room was small, but the hygiene was acceptable. I was pleasantly surprised that they had instant noodles and chopsticks for breakfast – big plus! During my stay, there was an Ironman competition, so some athletes and media personnel were also staying there. The old town is within walking distance.

The value for money wasn't the best, but it's very close to the beach and there are plenty of dining options nearby. We stayed for 4 nights, and they upgraded our room on the last night. The breakfast was delicious, and they even had instant noodles, which is great for those who aren't used to Western food.

The surroundings were a bit desolate, and they seemed understaffed. I had to queue for about 20 minutes at the front desk to check in. The pool and lounge were also completely closed. However, it's really close to the airport, and there's a train station just a 5-minute walk away.

Traveling during the off-season, the rooftop pool was locked and inaccessible. I had hoped to go up there for photos. The room wasn't particularly large. It's located right across from the airport and very close to where you catch the mini-train, making getting around quite convenient. However, most of the nearby restaurants were closed; there was one place selling only pizza, which was actually pretty...

Sheraton, as always, is reliable. Facilities: Very new, even though the parking lot had some water. Hygiene: No issues. Ambiance: Impeccable. Service: Very polite service. Nice is indeed perfect for a vacation, even if the Bay of Angels is just so-so.

getting there : you dont need the tram from Terminal 1 (its walking distance and its well sign posted)but you do for terminal 2. The main door was out of order so in the dark it’s hard to find the side one. Reception was easy but there can member of staff after 10/11pm which could delays things. Rooms are fine but I would not say to Sheraton standards and certainly nothing to brag about on the deluxe...

The hotel is very close to the airport, which is super convenient. The breakfast was quite simple, and when I checked in, the room door was ajar. Also, there were no slippers in the room.

If you just stay there for closer to the airport for one night, perfect, otherwise no. You can’t go anywhere but eat at their expensive and salty restaurant. You don’t see much except the airport and some ocean on the roof, but not nice culture.

The pictures advertised for the room that we booked didn’t match the real room that we received. Instead of a cute little terrace, we got a weird half window. They tried to make us pay for an upgrade. I don’t understand why I have to pay for an upgrade when we didn’t receive a proper room to begin with. Leaving it after a night stay. Will not be coming back.

Perfect experience! The sea view is super beautiful. I also tried swimming and sauna in the hotel. It was really a bit too happy. The hotel is in a very good location, opposite the sea.

The sea view is first-rate, nothing to say. Except for the occasional maintenance noise during the day, it was OK most of the time, and the front desk was very friendly. Overall, it is traditional, but I am very satisfied with it.

I have a lot of praise for this hotel, especially its service. I had a spare phone, a relatively new one, which fell on the bed. I had already checked out and left my luggage at the hotel. When I came back from a day out, they immediately recognized me and gave me my phone. It is a very reliable hotel.

Great location, view from the window, excellent breakfasts - a selection of yoghurts, meat and cheese cuts, plus dishes from the menu and prosecco. The soundproofing is excellent and most importantly, the room is warm, which is not typical for France.

Five-star service, ambiance, and facilities, right on the beach and just a street away from the old town. The room was meticulously cleaned; they thoughtfully tidied up all our belongings. The hotel is in a good location and the stay was good. Although the check-in time was more than an hour late, I got a drink voucher. Also, I lost a mobile phone in the hotel, and they found it in time and sent it back to China for me. The service was good.

Staff are super friendly which bumps up the rating. Pool was closed for our entire stay which was disappointing. Breakfast was acceptable, there could have been more choices on the cooked counter and the fruit could’ve been fresher. We stayed only 1 night before heading to Cannes. It’s good stop if u arrive late at night. Hotel is in walking distance from bus station ( Vauban) - 800 m by walk. Room is clean, sufficient space to place your bug luggage. But the bed should be changed. The room has bathtub, not separated shower.

The restaurant is very nice and cute. The food was amazing — everything we tried was delicious. The Steve Molinari fish soup was one of the best dishes we’ve ever had. Arriving at hotel there was a warm welcome, but in the first night we heard loud club music from downstairs in the hotel. My sleep was ruined. There seemed to a party, you don’t expect club music in a hotel. We asked about it and were told it was just one night, fine. But the night after there was another party!? AC Hotel Nice is a bit pricey for the experience. The lobby is very nice. The front desk agents are kind. But the rooms are just ok. It was unusually tacky to have paper coffee cups after my other experiences in Nice. The hotel is very comfortable and very well located just walking distance from the Airport and Train. The only downside of the room is the small windows, but in general is new and very well appointed. The breakfast needs some attention as the offering and quality is very basic.

The hotel is literally 5 mins walk from the Nice airport Terminal 1, and there's free train outside of the hotel to take me back and forth to the terminal. That's super convenient for getting ready to fly. The room are big and new, the staff are friendly, and the gym is small but have most that I need, plus a sauna that I can use anytime after workout. It's a perfect layover stop.

Good quality for the business trip in Nice.

Perfect location, just 5 minutes walk to Nice airport terminal 1, and within minutes walk to the tram line 2, which goes to the major attractions of the city. Breakfast is very good, room is ample size. Nice is not cheap, especially at peak or shoulder season, so in that regard this hotel is good value when we were there in late August.

The hotel is well located for the train station and the Promenade des Anglais. There's a small unheated pool, which probably gets crowded in high season, as does the jacuzzi, but at least they're there.

Room service food was not the best as it was precooked and was not heated evenly that the risotto was stuck together and looked like it was still frozen. It was not what I had expected.

This place was well located. The room was spacious . You couldn’t use the cooker as it didn’t heat up enough to boil an egg There were jobs that needed doing around the hotel , eg only 1 out of 3 lights worked in the kitchen. The blinds were very dirty and stained.

This hotel was nice and clean but they did not clean the rooms and we had to take out the trash ourselves at the end of our stay. It has good value but you do have to pay €20 a day for parking and the tourist fee which adds up. The customer service was good, they only have two coffee pods for our 6 day stay. If you don’t have a car this is a bit far from everything.

Hotel is located in a wonderful location on a street with many restaurants and shops, and only a few minutes walk to the ocean and promenade. However rooms are tiny and bathroom is miniscule, similar to a ship's cramped quarters. Elevator is the size of a small box, will not fit you and a big suitcase. We booked a room here and were not street side facing. The room was fairly small but ok. The bed was comfy. However, a strong warning. The walls are paper thin.
