We had a wonderful stay! ❤️ The hotel itself is lovely, but it’s the staff that truly made our stay very warm. Julian thank you for your lovely smiles, your attentiveness! Neomie thank you for always checking in on us for breakfast. Simon thank you for fixing our coffee machine so quickly and for always being so responsive. The hotel is situated very close to the Nice-ville train station and a short walk (around 15 min.) to the Place Massena, walking by the nice Avenue of Jean Medicin. I enjoyed the comfy bed and pillow. The complimentary snacks, tea, water, coffee were a nice touch and refillable too! The bath was super nice and good to soothe the muscles, also with good hairdryer. All the receptionists were very nice and helpful with everything. The pool table was fun too. One small thing was that one of the towels were not clean, so I used the other one. That does not take away from how good this place was though!

This hotel was the most friendly hotel that I stayed in France. They will greet you with a smile whenever you met up with them and go all out the way to make you feel comfortable. Every request communicated thru WhatsApp were responded fast and effective. Highly recommended if you wan to have a friendly service hotel in Nice!

The hotel location is excellent, conveniently close to Uniqlo and the SNCF station, making it easy to get around. The privacy is great, and it's very quiet with no noise.

Super welcoming staff. Nice apartment all equipped which is bigger than what I expected. Good amenities. Location close to the station.
Only negative are the curtains which are super light, the room was all bright with the street lights at night.

The room is clean and tidy. Felts comfortable here. Staffs are nice and helpful. The train station just 5mins to go. I will stay here if I back to Marseille.

The hotel is located near Niceville Station downtown, so it's easy to move around and breakfast is delicious.
It's a hotel I want to visit again when I come to Nice.
All employees are kind and great customer service is the best.

Maison Lamartine is a find.  Building has a lovely garden, cozy living room in the lobby, and my apartment was clean, with good size rooms, and fully equipped kitchen with plates, cups, utensils, pots/pans.  Staff is the sweetest.  Every member of this staff was helpful and thoughtful throughout my stay.  My only gripe was the few steps from street to lobby, but staff helped me with my luggage.  There is an elevator in the building.  Small, but clean and size could fit my 2 carry-on and checked luggage’s.  Location is close to trams 1&2, train station, and shopping ***** on Jean Medecin — Nice Etoile shopping mall is pretty.
