The location in city center is a nice location and convenient if you want to walk. The pool and spa facilities were very nice and the pool is warmed. The rooms are starting to show wear and tear, carpet, the shower handles. The bed needed a little more of a topper to make it a little more comfortable. A more ni fridge would be nice in the room so you can have cold drinks. The people were nice, the facility was clean with a good location. It worth staying.

What a shame for a 4-stars hotel
Not so good, this hotel isn't a four stars. So many details like degradations in the Spa ( peeling ceiling paint, rotten wooden sauna door frame, stained carpet in the hallways, jacuzzi too small with dirty steps) . There is no USB wall socket in the room, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The parking is too small, This requires paying for outdoor parking. Very bad experience...

Very nice hotel with a small casino but has everything you need if you like to play. There is a huge slots selection and only 1 Black Jack table. 1 Roulette and couple of other card tables.

Weird experience to have dinner in a casino, but the food was very good.

Alessio Risso, the director of the hotel, was very professional, and although we made the mistake of booking 3 nights, even though we meant to stay for one, he graciously refunded our Expedia reservation.

The check-in was too late.
We wait long time and the info was not accurated by the Reception.
The room on the second day of the stay was not re-cleaned and do it only after our notice (we wait 30.minutes out of the room).

Very nice hotel with a ton of amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It’s a very value for money place. They have everything inside from food to gym to spa & treatment. The location is also very good, just in front of the bridge of la havre which looks like extremely beautiful and specially during night (if you have window facing the bridge).
The brasserie also is good, with a nice view to the bridge. And having casino at this price is also good.
It’s not very far from the gare also (15 min by walk). Tram connects well to la plage also (tram stop just 5 mins walk from hotel). The staff were also friendly.
The only improvement feedback is that they should focus on customer intimacy and services..
