Great rock beach with cleanest water in whole Adjara. Great view on mountains. I personally drove every day from Batumi to Sarpi just for that water.

We were in Kvariati in September 2019. We lived next door, there were no suitable rooms in Badu. They came here to eat. Very tasty and reasonably priced. The menu has everything you need. Welcoming hosts. The cafe is small. While eating, the feeling that we were sitting at the same table with a large Georgian family did not leave.

Was here for a beer and a sunset. Sunset was perfect. Would definitely recommend to stop here to watch it.

One of the best places to stay around Batumi. Right by the sea. Cleaner and quieter than hotels in Batumi itself, and there's no parking problem. A great place to spend time in Georgia without getting caught in Batumi traffic when coming from Türkiye.

The rooms look nice, and the hotel itself looks okay. But they clean the rooms very poorly. And the breakfast is very disappointing (I didn't think that was possible in Georgia; any roadside eatery will be fine or tasty). The courtyard is small, so you won't be able to sit quietly under a tree—there's a road nearby and lots of people. The municipal beach nearby is quite decent.

Hello, my family and I vacationed in July 2025. I can say about the hotel and the owner that we experienced the real Georgia; I've never experienced such a warm welcome. The food was delicious, laundry was free, and the owner was very helpful with any questions we had, even bringing us lamb and helping us grill shashlik. The location is very close to the sea.
