Pros: The hotel serves breakfast until 11am, the scenery is great, you can see the Black Sea, and there is an outdoor swimming pool. Cons: It is on the top of the mountain, driving up there is a test of driving skills, and the room is a bit old

The room was clean but not the pool and surrounding. Service was bad, staff wasn’t paying attention to guests and how clean was the standing of the pool. Most of the time towels were missing. The bar by the pool looked like abandoned. Overall price and quality wasn’t matching.

Went there for the first time with friends. To be honest, I didn't expect there would be such a beautiful hotel in the mountains near Batumi! Georgia on one side, Turkey on the second side, and the sea in the middle! The scenery is so beautiful! I really liked their indoor pool and Turkish massage, and I relaxed with friends in the evening! I am really looking forward to going there again next time

Visited for lunch with group of friends. We were greeted by a lovely chef Denis who couldn’t be more helpful. Food was freshly cooked and delicious, great authentic Georgian experience! The staff spoke limited English but it wasn’t a problem at all. Would recommend!

They celebrated a child's birthday there. There were quite a few guests. Liked very much.

Views from this hotel are amazing, and food is also okay, however rooms are quite medium, there is no lift and you need to climb stairs, which would be okay, but when its raining there is no cover and till you get till the top floor you are soaking wet. Restaurant prices are also quite expensive for the food quality they offer

The hotel is good, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast, although monotonous, is a fairly full buffet. It is a bit far from the sea, walking is not an option, but there is a convenient transfer. The remoteness has its own highlight, the most beautiful view from the hotel.

The black sea hotel is located right on the beach, it takes 1 minute to get in the sea from the hotel. The rooms are great, also you won't be spending much time in there because come in you can be at the beach in a second, waddaya want in that room

Great view, big rooms and balconies, friendly service. They provide free transfer from airport and train station. Convenience stores are around the corner. But beach is not private as advertised, have to pay for lounges and ambrellas. Beach shoes are must to get to the water.

Great staff, and wonderful view, and a chance to do some walking in the lush green mountains of kvariati, and visit the monastery of St John on top of the hill across.

You can see on the pictures the real view. Except that, there was the odor in the room, I think because of the carpets. The window in the bathroom didn’t work properly. The balcony is not real balcony, where you can sit and enjoy, the view was on the wall of another building. Good location and nice garden area behind the building. Breakfast is ok.
