This is a family-run hotel, with excellent rooms, kitchen in the room, renewed installations. The bathroom is perfect. They organized a private tour to Karagöl for us, showed us around and prepared amazing local food at the rooftop restaurant.

We stayed in the family room for one night during our Black Sea trip. We got there late in the evening, without reservation, the whole family being super tired - and we were welcomed with such a warm heart by Mujahed at the reception that we could not ask for a better host. The room was super clean and large, Mujahed supplied us with everything we needed without even asking, like more water and towels...

The service is satisfactory in all aspects, but it is a bit strange that they do not provide toothbrushes and combs. The rooms facing the road will be very noisy, so be sure to close the door. It is also very close to the mosque (not the store's fault).

The rooms were comfortable and clean, just like home. The hotel is in a central location, it has a view of the city (Borçka), the only problem is that the elevator starts after climbing the two mezzanine floors, but the staff helped us with our luggage. The hotel may be far or close depending on the places you want to visit. If I come to Borcka again, I would like to stay here again.

water is CLEAANNN, it is very transparent and enjoyable to swim. only downside is that not many young people hang around there...

The sea is more clear relatively to Batumi because no rivers are near Sarpi. But there is lack of other attractions here.

This is a review for hotel restaurant only as we did not stay there. This has been the best meal I’ve eaten in Georgia. Everything was amazing but you must especially try the mussels in their homemade cream wine sauce with their fresh home made bread. You can’t beat the views either. This place is very special.

The hotel is beautiful and the view is astonishing from the mountain to the sea . The staff are friendly and in general it's perfect for families and single traveler . The only thing I do not like is the road to the hotel. It's up the mountain and the road is very narrow and not paved.

Views from this hotel are amazing, and food is also okay, however rooms are quite medium, there is no lift and you need to climb stairs, which would be okay, but when its raining there is no cover and till you get till the top floor you are soaking wet. Restaurant prices are also quite expensive for the food quality they offer

We stayed in September 2022. The hosts were responsive, the grounds were well-maintained, and the rooms were very clean. We'd love to return to this wonderful place again. The only downside was the road noise, which was a bit annoying, but it didn't detract from our wonderful stay.

Really good hotel with a little cafe on the first floor, I was on 4th floor so view was most beautiful ever ! Sea was 5-8 minutes walking, pharmacy is 10 minutes walking... And market is in the middle of those ways .... Loved it

Beautiful landscapes, an amazing sea view, and fresh air. The room had everything necessary. The host was always available and very polite. We went down to the sea by taxi without any problems. Walking is not very convenient, about 15–20 minutes downhill. If you have a car, then there are no problems at all. Highly recommended. Everything was wonderful.

We were in Kvariati in September 2019. We lived next door, there were no suitable rooms in Badu. They came here to eat. Very tasty and reasonably priced. The menu has everything you need. Welcoming hosts. The cafe is small. While eating, the feeling that we were sitting at the same table with a large Georgian family did not leave.

Was here for a beer and a sunset. Sunset was perfect. Would definitely recommend to stop here to watch it.

The hotel is good, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast, although monotonous, is a fairly full buffet. It is a bit far from the sea, walking is not an option, but there is a convenient transfer. The remoteness has its own highlight, the most beautiful view from the hotel.

I liked the cafe on the beach, we've been there 3 times. The waitress was always very friendly and quick. Schashlik, kebab, pasta carbonara and adjarian khachapuri are a must-try. Pkhali, vegetable salad and eggplant salad were quite big and good too. The kharcho soup was bland. The fried trout and dumplings were just OK. There is a takeaway option without the 15% tip.

The black sea hotel is located right on the beach, it takes 1 minute to get in the sea from the hotel. The rooms are great, also you won't be spending much time in there because come in you can be at the beach in a second, waddaya want in that room

Great view, big rooms and balconies, friendly service. They provide free transfer from airport and train station. Convenience stores are around the corner. But beach is not private as advertised, have to pay for lounges and ambrellas. Beach shoes are must to get to the water.
