Guest House Roman/Gonio in Gonio

I've never experienced a worse, dirtier hotel. This is my sixth year vacationing in Georgia, and this is the first time it's been this awful. We were fooled by the relatively good reviews, but we shouldn't have been. Even 1 star is too much for this hotel. I'll talk about the downsides, as there are no upsides:
1. The hotel is extremely tired: holes in the ceiling, doors that don't close, leaky faucets.
2. Dirt – it's everywhere: dirty floors, faucets, shower glass, dust and candy wrappers under the bed – and none of this is deep under the bed, just sticking out. I can't comment on the bedding – after what we saw, we ran, losing our slippers, but one towel was dirty.
3. Insects – the staff is lying, claiming it's because of the open balcony, but that's not true. Ants have tunnels inside the baseboards, where there are cracks. Lots of small ants and some strange mosquitoes – that's what was visible. 4. The refrigerator is a total wreck! Mold, dirt, insects, something spilled long ago, and it stinks.
5. The air conditioner is extremely dirty; I wouldn't recommend asthmatics or allergy sufferers even try it.
6. The location is close to a busy road. If you want to be closer to the beach, there are decent hotels and apartments on the beach. If you prefer quieter places, it's better to look a little further down the street; there are plenty of nice, small, and clean hotels.
7. They didn't refund my deposit—it's a small amount, but it's unpleasant. Don't be fooled by deposits; pay only upon checkout at this hotel. After we complained, the owner offered several options, but all the rooms were dirty, with one thing falling off, another.
8. The water barely flows in some rooms.
9. Some rooms were smoky.
I would like to point out that these impressions are not based on just one random room; we wanted to rent two rooms, and after our complaints, we were taken to several more rooms - all about the same.
