The rooms are clean, with ac and the place is quiet. There is parking.
We stayed just for 2 nights but we wish that we could stay too long as we were in the right place with the best people.
If I can I will give 10 stars

Overall, we really liked the accommodations and they met our needs. We were looking for accommodations for a family get-together. We needed four separate rooms and a kitchen. The website stated there was a kitchen, but it didn't specify that the kitchen was shared with the hosts. We couldn't have dinner one evening; the hosts were celebrating their granddaughter's birthday. One morning, we woke up to a messy kitchen. We had to interrupt the hosts periodically, which was inconvenient. We declined breakfast because it was more convenient to sleep in until we were completely exhausted and then plan the day depending on the weather. The experience was somewhat marred by the hostess's complaints about the high percentage of booking fees and that they make money on breakfast, and we decided not to order breakfast. One evening, the hostess made us pancakes and khachapuri as a gift. As a parting gift, the host gave the men a bottle of chacha each. We are very grateful for the accommodations provided.

I had very cosy and charming vacation in Marina’s guesthouse. Friendly and kind owners. Room with AC, hot water. Local meal for breakfast.

A chic house with a summer kitchen and super-hospitable hosts Ruslan and Marina!!! Wine cellar and evening in the gazebo. Every morning a fresh and varied breakfast prepared by Marina!!! Everything is absolutely clean and tidy, there is parking!
