When we moved in kitchen sink was leaking, kitchen valve was dropping water constantly, toilet was leaking sewage, there was constant smell of sewage in the bathroom because of poor sewage system design. Air conditioner filters were packed with dust, I had to clean it in order for AC to work properly. And worst of all there were ants everywhere. Door knobs for balcony and bathroom worn out. There is no anti mosquito nets on windows as well. Internet over WiFi is unusable, had to share Internet from mobile phone all the time.
After we complained, kitchen valve was replaced and toilet leakage was fixed. We got poison for ants and after some time they were gone, but feeling of disappointment remained.
On a positive side hosts are great people, they will help you with barbecue accessories and wood, you can order homemade vine or chacha. Parking is available on the premises.

We didn't feel any special care. The choice was made by children according to reviews, for parents and always with a kitchen, the possibility of cooking. Immediately the number seemed good, but then it turned out to be a lot of small uncomfortable details. The room was two-room, there were no mosquito nets on the windows at all, the toilet was leaking somewhere, there was a constant puddle on the floor. Cleaning only upon arrival.
And since we got used to our food, the hosts were not very happy with it.
The gas cylinder apparently leaked gas, the windows were open around the clock for cross-ventilation, and in two days it ended altogether, but there was a shared kitchen nearby on the floor and we managed, there was an electric kettle in the room, air conditioning too, but we did not turn it on at all. But the TV remote control also had a number of problems, you can’t turn it on from the remote control, only from the outlet, the timer and some other buttons didn’t work either, the sound control buttons and channel switching in order pleased me. And when a terrible hurricane and a downpour began, we began to close windows and doors, we managed to close not everything, and all night the closed windows were beaten, rattled and did not let us sleep. It was the most expensive and best room. Personally, I definitely won’t rent housing here anymore, I read the reviews and are surprised at the discrepancy with reality. It was stated that delivery from and to the airport of the guests was included, but no one offered us this, we ordered a taxi, but the water around was ankle-deep, we had to roll up our pants and put on our shoes. The dishes in the room are good, the room for watching TV and having dinner is pleasant, the refrigerator in the kitchen is small, but there is a large one in the common kitchen.
But we really liked the area itself, the sea, and we were happy to come to such a picturesque place.
