The booking was made for the parents of my husband. In the description the room size was ​​30 m2, normal ceiling, balcony with sea view etc. The parents were accommodated in the room of lower category as they've informed me after check-in, first of all the size was much smaller in their opinion. They were also told by the owners that they will be moved to another room in 2 days. I sent to the owner a formal message in which I've just politely asked why they were accommodated in such a room and asked for a discount for lower room category. I've expected that he would reply as usual hoteliers do: politely and professionally suggest somehow resolve this issue or inform me that the room provided is what we booked etc. This hotelier immediately asked the parents to leave the hotel, because he does not see any other solution. I have not had time to think it through and even answer, as he has already said, that he will call the police, that he is not joking, etc. In the high season changing the hotel was unreal. I've decided not to escalate this complaint further because it would completely destroy the holiday of my parents. I asked to leave the reservation.

I believe that it's just unacceptable way of treating not only your direct customers but also of any person in general.
