Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.

This is a review for hotel restaurant only as we did not stay there. This has been the best meal I’ve eaten in Georgia. Everything was amazing but you must especially try the mussels in their homemade cream wine sauce with their fresh home made bread. You can’t beat the views either. This place is very special.

Beautiful view, cozy but older furnished room, problems we had : second night employees entered our room with their card around midnight but left quickly, also we were charged several times for food items we did not order, a service fee for dining we didn't use, and charged for two breakfast we didn't order or eat. We were basically sucker out of luck. As an American I find this behaviour very offensive.
At the end of the two night stay we were also accused of not paying for the first night which was not true and we produced a receipt.

I had a very bad experience, the room was not cleaned too much bugs and ants and the customer services not very good, no housekeeping and no breakfast, the only good thing about this hotel is the view!

Best location, incredible view! The sounds of birds, sea and waterfall are magical. Amazingly thoughtful, caring, sweet staff! Absolutely the best place to stay in Georgia for me so far.
Would love to stay hete again.

Good room and view, BUT, when we arrived on the evening, staff on the fifth floor ( restaurant ) were all drunk. Played loud music also. First impression killed our wish to stay here, left on the next dat afternoon, no refund. Also, its far from Batumi

Clean, neat and well-equipped rooms, tasty breakfasts, intimate pool available to guests 24 hours a day and a great view from the balcony. If you add to this lovable and open hotel service ready to help you in any situation and the fact that all this is ensured at a really affordable price than you have the perfect place to stay. The hotel is located one kilometer from the beach and 18 kilometers from Batumi (we were driving to the city by minibus). Seriously, this place is really recommendable.
