Beautiful landscapes, an amazing sea view, and fresh air. The room had everything necessary. The host was always available and very polite. We went down to the sea by taxi without any problems. Walking is not very convenient, about 15–20 minutes downhill. If you have a car, then there are no problems at all. Highly recommended. Everything was wonderful.

Very disappointing experience. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite having a confirmed booking, we were told upon arrival that the property was full and they couldn’t accommodate us. The way they treat customers is unacceptable.
The location is also misleading — it’s far from the sea, and the facilities are in poor condition. Definitely not worth the money. I do not recommend this place at all.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! ❤️❤️ The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking sea view, which we enjoyed from the comfort of the balcony every morning. The pool area was perfect for relaxation, with clean and well-maintained facilities that made our experience even more enjoyable.
The host was fantastic—very communicative and always available to assist with any questions or requests ❤️❤️

Liked the house, beautiful view, quiet, and a great place to spend some time with your friends. However, this didn't last forever. On the last day, they asked us to move to a similar house, so that they wouldn't lose other customers and we agreed. The house that we moved to was not even close to being similar. It was so uncomfortable that we basically lost our last day of vacation. It's just not right to use someone's trust and later trick them. The fundamental for every business is to satisfy and prioritize your customers, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case for us.

The house is amazing but the hosts are not as nice as they seem. they told us there was a double booking on the last day and we compromised even though we had booked this house months before. We understood that mistakes happen and didn't have any problems until they sent us to a house that was promised to be amazing but was old and not even close to this one in quality, then they didn't give us our last day money back and we had to beg for at least half of it. If you have a problem on your behalf, you should own up to it and your priorities should be making your clients comfortable, not making more money off of good people!!!

So happy to choose this place and meet such great people which became for me just a family members. I have feeling, that I'm visiting my own aunt Manana and I know George already years, thougt we only communicated via phone and never met in reality. Europian service with Georgian soul and hospitality. I will not describe the view, as you can see it via photos, but there is atmosphete, which you will never forget and you will be sorry only why you have not know this place before. Service, cleaning, food, treating from all team members of the hotel- exeptional! I already love this place and I already know where I should take my foreigner friends when they will visit me. This is at least 4 stars service at the calm, cosy and lovely hotel with fresh air and just unbelivebel views. I love this place and these people! ❤
