Well it was a bog building with multiple options, rooms are old and furniture is also old, cleanliness was an issue in rooms no dustbin no tissue in room, location was good thats a plus along with a bowling ally is added advantage

Nice and quiet location, friendly and safe security, very close to the metro and bus stop, easy access to the city centre and Old Tbilisi. Useful shops with ready meals, cafes and bakeries to have a light breakfast or lunch, a restaurant on the ground floor. A very light and clean room, daily tidying up and changing towels.

Very good apart-hotel for sane money. The rooms have a kitchen where you can cook food for yourself and your family, saving quite a bit on restaurants, the bathroom is also not bad, not luxury, of course, but everything is neat, clean and functional. Surprisingly good hotel. Cheap, lovely smiling staff, big yummy breakfast, right in the center of Vake neighborhood (great location). Nice big new modern clean quiet rooms. Small lobby with a bar.

Overall it was good. The bathtub is very huge and awesome, The breakfast was top notch with an amazing view of the city skyline. The TV in the room wasn't attached very well, and there were too many people in the swimming pool, but the overall experience was great.

Great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the receptionist on 21feb were polite and helpful. Others Staff service was acceptable, though not particularly attentive . I found the staff to be less friendly than expected. There was little interaction, and even basic greetings in the morning were missing, which made the atmosphere feel less welcoming.

Hotel is good, front seat staff is kind and friendly. But breakfast service is not good and needs a management improvement. First you wait for hostess to be seated while there are lots of free tables, then you wait for cleaning service to clean tables and after all that you have to wait for staff to refill buffet food. The hotel is located in a tall building in the heart of the new city, so the rooms are quite high up, offering views of the entire cityscape. Stayed at this hotel for about a month. English-speaking staff are always on hand to help if anything happens. The staff was friendly and pleasant. Clean rooms and polite staff, but the location is a big downside. Even with our own car, traffic made it really difficult to move around. Not ideal if you want to explore Tbilisi easily.
