We found them via Booking platform and their reputation seemed to be legit (at least earlier), but what happened:
- we booked 3 rooms over New Year
- paid in advance, no cancellation
- we arrived and they told us there was a water damage and our rooms are unavailable
- then some guy from the random hotel next door tried to offer his rooms, very bad hotel
- that hotel was 1/3 of the price according to google. We refused
- in this hotel they offered us 2 premium rooms but we would need to pay extra 1500 Lari :) we refused
- instead we had to book another hotel
At the end - we had to open a case with Booking back in our country and they returned our money.
Avoid this hotel at all cost, because you will be played.
also i like many free things in this room for example water coffee tea and other..
and stuff always ready for help
