The hotel representative pressured me to cancel my booking.com reservation even though I had already paid in full, after which I was told that I needed to pay again, otherwise I'd be kicked out (mind you that this was my first day in Georgia).
I didn't feel comfortable staying in the hotel with such an unfriendly rep, so I found another place to stay. After I asked for a refund on the remaining days (more than half were left), the rep told me that's never going to happen.

Nice and quiet location, friendly and safe security, very close to the metro and bus stop, easy access to the city centre and Old Tbilisi. Useful shops with ready meals, cafes and bakeries to have a light breakfast or lunch, a restaurant on the ground floor. A very light and clean room, daily tidying up and changing towels.

Good appart hotel, there is parking, next to the metro. Great administrator! The room is good, the bathroom needs work.

Very good apart-hotel for sane money. The rooms have a kitchen where you can cook food for yourself and your family, saving quite a bit on restaurants, the bathroom is also not bad, not luxury, of course, but everything is neat, clean and functional.
The owner speaks Russian, very pleasant to talk to. An invoice, in case of a business trip, can also be obtained without problems.
