Best ever days in Georgia Everything was amazing mainly the stuffs was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice staff The bathroom wasn’t dirty, but the tile was poor quality where I could easily slip and break my neck. Also the drain in the bathroom was missing and shower leaked on to shower floor. Also unclear how to use heater/AC. Other than that it was fine.

Just came back from a trip to Tbilisi. Stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience! This is a hidden gem of the Gldani District. Friendly staff, easily accessible and don't let looks deceive you, even the dodgiest looking places in Tbilisi are extremely safe.

We were very impressed with both the service and the hotel itself. The staff were pleasant and friendly, and the breakfast was varied. The rooms were beautiful and stylish. The hotel's location is also quite convenient. The only thing we didn't really like was the hotel's ground-floor restaurant; the food wasn't very good. A couple of times during the week, we also heard protestors on the street.

The level of this hotel is extremely high. Honestly, I was very surprised. If I had to mention one thing, I would like to see a bit more creativity in the breakfast menu. The cleanliness and service standards are absolutely top-notch.

The spa area was truly an exceptional experience I really enjoyed their service and the atmosphere. Spending time at the outdoor pool was a real pleasure the cleanliness and well maintained space were impressive. The peaceful and calm environment allowed for complete relaxation. I stayed here for two nights, and the staff were all very polite. There's free parking downstairs, and the room views are great. The facilities are a bit old, but the location is excellent. The pool isn't heated, so it's a bit cold. Overall, it's a decent five-star hotel.

The bed does'nt comfortable. Many problems in room and bathroom. We choose the hotel only because they have a jacuzzi. But the jacuzzi does'nt work. They didn't give us compansetion.

Great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the receptionist on 21feb were polite and helpful. Others Staff service was acceptable, though not particularly attentive . I found the staff to be less friendly than expected. There was little interaction, and even basic greetings in the morning were missing, which made the atmosphere feel less welcoming.

Hotel is good, front seat staff is kind and friendly. But breakfast service is not good and needs a management improvement. First you wait for hostess to be seated while there are lots of free tables, then you wait for cleaning service to clean tables and after all that you have to wait for staff to refill buffet food. The hotel is located in a tall building in the heart of the new city, so the rooms are quite high up, offering views of the entire cityscape. However, the rooms feel a bit cramped with not much space to move around by the window. Breakfast was pretty average with limited options, and parking was quite tight.

The shower was not hot and the water flow very low. The room was not that clean compared to a proper 5 star hotel. The breakfast area was very busy not a lot of options and we had to wait for 30 minutes for a table

I had a lovely stay at Gino Seaside Tbilisi. The location right by the Tbilisi Sea is perfect if you want to escape the city noise and relax. The room was modern, spacious, and very clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the view from the balcony was stunning. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!
