There's no daily cleaning service, very poor breakfast, needs repair, the woman in the registration was very impolite. And be very careful when you leave the hotel, check your room specially that refrigerator something can disappear. The boy who checked our room when we were downstairs in registration told that we used something from refrigerator. So we paid money for the thing which we didn't use. Because they keep the key in registration and God knows what do they do. I won't stay in this place even if it is free.

Everything is old, the rooms damp and unpleasant smell, one of smoke one mold. One night will be, but no longer

We(family with two teen boys) stayed here from 19th Dec till 22nd Dec'18
The hotel is clean,comfortable warm during winter and got fantastic view of Tbilisi from the balcony.

The reception staff were very cordial and supported every request with a smile .
Value for our money , we enjoyed our stay here .
