the views are exquisite, the hotel is built as a high-class hotel but you can see that no one has paid attention to it ever since. it is not utilized to its full potential, the hotel is clearly under-staffed, there is no one anyone around when needed. Pros: The hotel serves breakfast until 11am, the scenery is great, you can see the Black Sea, and there is an outdoor swimming pool. Cons: It is on the top of the mountain, driving up there is a test of driving skills, and the room is a bit old

The room was clean but not the pool and surrounding. Service was bad, staff wasn’t paying attention to guests and how clean was the standing of the pool. Most of the time towels were missing. The bar by the pool looked like abandoned. Overall price and quality wasn’t matching.

Went there for the first time with friends. To be honest, I didn't expect there would be such a beautiful hotel in the mountains near Batumi! Georgia on one side, Turkey on the second side, and the sea in the middle! The scenery is so beautiful! I really liked their indoor pool and Turkish massage, and I relaxed with friends in the evening! I am really looking forward to going there again next time

The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport, there is a luxurious ****** in the hotel, the staff could have been nicer, the rooms are purple/pink, good value for the cheap price.

The location , rooms and staff : TOP NOTCH , breakfast: in a way good although the staff was late in my first day of stay here . The fire detectors went on my last night and the elevators were disabled so I called the front desk and no one responded. Many people panicked. I recommend this place especially in spring and early fall. A great place for shoppers and people into the beach .

The best food I ever ate at the sea. The resto is amazing and actually cheap relative to other places.

1. The waiter met us as if I owed her. 2. What i eat , all was good. 3. Beer was good 4. A fairly large beetle was flying 😟 5. Prices are normal for seaside. 6. If you dont have smartfone, you'll not receive menu, here was QR code . Finally, i will say that, if not unhappy reception of the waiter, Everything would be normal.
