Very good service, clean, close to the sea

Food was freshly cooked and delicious, great authentic Georgian experience! The staff spoke limited English but it wasn’t a problem at all

Visited for lunch with group of friends. We were greeted by a lovely chef Denis who couldn’t be more helpful

The best food I ever ate at the sea. The resto is amazing and actually cheap relative to other places.

WIFI connection sucks they are using only 2. 5Ghz channels which they have oversaturated, and this was when I visited at the end of the Season. I can't imagine what is going on in Season

The waiter met us as if I owed her. A fairly large beetle was flying 😟 5. Prices are normal for seaside. If you dont have smartfone, you'll not receive menu, here was QR code

Clean hotel, with big rooms. The view is amazing!

Nice restaurant. Rather quick persons. There are questions for some positions in menu (too high in my opinion), but dishes are tasty.

The black sea hotel is located right on the beach, it takes 1 minute to get in the sea from the hotel

Excellent location, right at the beatch. Very basic interior, but clean and friendly. Terrific view of the mountains and sea. Georgian cusine offered in a small restaurant at the beach.

The rooms are great, also you won't be spending much time in there because come in you can be at the beach in a second, waddaya want in that room

But beach is not private as advertised, have to pay for lounges and ambrellas. Beach shoes are must to get to the water

I'm surprised to meet such a great service in Georgia. Rooms are good too. The cafe nearby serves delicious food.

Great view, big rooms and balconies, friendly service. They provide free transfer from airport and train station. Convenience stores are around the corner

I can't speak about how it's beautiful and cozy the swmingpool is vere beautiful the view is from the fantasy.

Service, cleaning, food, treating from all team members of the hotel- exeptional! I already love this place and I already know where I should take my foreigner friends when they will visit me

I will not describe the view, as you can see it via photos, but there is atmosphete, which you will never forget and you will be sorry only why you have not know this place before

Simple hotel with decent but not the best facilities. Excellent location at the beach with gorgeous views and possibility to listen to the sea right from the balcony. Nice bads with a bit too high and too hard pillows

Accomodation very oké. Balcony with lots of shadow. Spacy gardenkitchen for making breakfast and other meals. Close to the beach and shops. Nice people. In an authentic quiet environment. We will come back!

Children run, play and you do not worry where they are. To the sea a stone's throw, literally 100m. Pebble beach, the sea is the cleanest on the entire Georgian coast

The owner George solves all issues very easily and quickly, helps in everything. Thanks to him and his whole big and friendly family, who help him create a cozy and sincere atmosphere for their guests

Every morning, they surprised us with a different breakfast menu, and their homemade desserts were absolutely delicious! The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which was always peaceful and never overcrowded

I stayed there for a week and everything is perfect, everybody is polite and if you need any kind of help they will help how much is possible, if I'm going on the Georgian coast again I will definitely stay again in this hotel

The hotel is located one kilometer from the beach and 18 kilometers from Batumi (we were driving to the city by minibus). Seriously, this place is really recommendable

The owners are very kind people. There is a restaurant in the courtyard: delicious food and good wine. Clear sea, beautiful landscape and quiet village. Rested with a child, everything was very pleasant

Good location, 50m to the sea, across the road, but at the same time the house is on the second line from the road, near the border with Turkey, the traffic of trucks and buses is decent even at night

But the house is at a distance of 20 meters from the road, behind other buildings, so the road noise is almost not felt. I liked it very much, there is a cafe, you will not stay hungry

The gas cylinder apparently leaked gas, the windows were open around the clock for cross-ventilation, and in two days it ended altogether, but there was a shared kitchen nearby on the floor and we managed, there was an electric kettle in the room, air conditioning too, but we did not turn it on at all

But we really liked the area itself, the sea, and we were happy to come to such a picturesque place
