Pros: The hotel serves breakfast until 11am, the scenery is great, you can see the Black Sea, and there is an outdoor swimming pool
Cons: It is on the top of the mountain, driving up there is a test of driving skills, and the room is a bit old
Thank you for the young lady in the reception she is very helping and professional
It is clear that the hotel is not well-maintained - either in cleanliness or in keeping everything running and smooth. the water in the outside pool is freezing cold and even in July we couldn't risk getting inside
So, our verdict would be, that if you changed the management, it would be a superb 5 star hotel but now, it is an average hotel experience with only excellent views and some hotel entertainments - to save it
The room was clean but not the pool and surrounding. Service was bad, staff wasn’t paying attention to guests and how clean was the standing of the pool. Most of the time towels were missing

The best food I ever ate at the sea. The resto is amazing and actually cheap relative to other places.
Clean hotel, with big rooms. The view is amazing!
Nice restaurant. Rather quick persons. There are questions for some positions in menu (too high in my opinion), but dishes are tasty.
Simplest improvements they can do is replace instant coffee with real coffee, and change fake Orange juice with fresh squeeze Orange juice or at least store bought brand! For The Final fix god damn door locking mechanism
WIFI connection sucks they are using only 2. 5Ghz channels which they have oversaturated, and this was when I visited at the end of the Season. I can't imagine what is going on in Season
The waiter met us as if I owed her. A fairly large beetle was flying 😟 5. Prices are normal for seaside. If you dont have smartfone, you'll not receive menu, here was QR code

Gorgeous view from the window, high in the mountains, the presence of a car is desirable, but you can also take a taxi. Is there a restaurant nearby
The place is beautiful, but take everything with you to eat and drink the nearest grocery 1. kilo
Knocked out rooms, noise under the windows, the service was generally absent. The coolest thing here is the view from the balcony! On this, perhaps, everything.

good rooms but the food quality is not the best. overall its a good place to just sleep but if you are planning to stay at your room all day then dont go to this hotel

Best location, incredible view! The sounds of birds, sea and waterfall are magical. Amazingly thoughtful, caring, sweet staff! Absolutely the best place to stay in Georgia for me so far. Would love to stay hete again.

If you add to this lovable and open hotel service ready to help you in any situation and the fact that all this is ensured at a really affordable price than you have the perfect place to stay
The hotel is located one kilometer from the beach and 18 kilometers from Batumi (we were driving to the city by minibus). Seriously, this place is really recommendable
Everything was amazing but you must especially try the mussels in their homemade cream wine sauce with their fresh home made bread. You can’t beat the views either
Clean, neat and well-equipped rooms, tasty breakfasts, intimate pool available to guests 24 hours a day and a great view from the balcony
