Guest Houses in Kvariati

Since 2012, with my family (5 people), every summer we have a rest at the Gold Hotel and are very satisfied with absolutely everything. God willing, this year we will come here for the 8th time. Excellent cuisine and all the amenities for a family holiday. Very hospitable hosts.

The rooms are normal, the furniture is not old, only the sofa was with a pit, everything hurts uncomfortable to sleep, it’s a little expensive for breakfast 7 GEL, for this money it would be possible to expand the range, or even make it free, on the first day they ordered khinkali for lunch, I’ve never been worse didn’t eat, it’s generally a shame for Georgia to serve such, they were all torn, almost...

A huge thank you to Mamuka and his family for a wonderful vacation, delicious food, and a very friendly atmosphere!!! Beautiful rooms, incredible views of the mountains and sea, and fresh air! Free transfers from the airport to the sea and back. Clean pool and excellent beach. We'll definitely be back! 😉👍

Awesome place to relax. Great hotel owners, wonderful restaurant inside the hotel - delicious and very good prices. Great staff, will tell you everything, help you. We checked in through booking, but due to problems with the aggregator it turned out that we took a different room. The issue was resolved in literally 10 minutes. The distance to the beach is not a big deal. They will take you to the...

A wonderful place to relax. Those who are intimidated by the 1.5-kilometer walk to the beach can rent a hotel on the seashore and live to the sounds of trucks driving to and from Turkey. :) I have a sedentary job, and I thoroughly enjoyed walking this path; the road is meditative, immersed in greenery and flowers. I timed it—the climb takes 25 minutes maximum. Now about the hotel—it has a beautiful...

Great view from a beautiful location batumi city

Five stars for the restaurant - amazing khachapuri, great breakfasts. It's not very quiet because of the road, but close to the beach. Very friendly hosts.

Cozy and lovely plase with good owners, near the seaside. Place is comfortable and clean every time we visit them.

We were in Kvariati in September 2019. We lived next door, there were no suitable rooms in Badu. They came here to eat. Very tasty and reasonably priced. The menu has everything you need. Welcoming hosts. The cafe is small. While eating, the feeling that we were sitting at the same table with a large Georgian family did not leave.

Was here for a beer and a sunset. Sunset was perfect. Would definitely recommend to stop here to watch it.

Very close proximity to the sea. Room cleaning available after request. When we moved in kitchen sink was leaking, kitchen valve was dropping water constantly, toilet was leaking sewage, there was constant smell of sewage in the bathroom because of poor sewage system design. Air conditioner filters were packed with dust, I had to clean it in order for AC to work properly. And worst of all there were...

Lovley owner, nice, renovated rooms with balcony and AC. Very quiet there, you don't hear the big road. In the evening you can sit outside and drink wine.

We didn't feel any special care. The choice was made by children according to reviews, for parents and always with a kitchen, the possibility of cooking. Immediately the number seemed good, but then it turned out to be a lot of small uncomfortable details. The room was two-room, there were no mosquito nets on the windows at all, the toilet was leaking somewhere, there was a constant puddle on the floor...

Many thanks to the hosts for their hospitality🤝! You feel at home 🏠 so cozy, clean and good 👍 Always attentive and friendly, with any question will help. The sea is very close, quiet beach 🏖🌴

Super place. The owners are very kind people. Brand new hotel with pool. There is a restaurant in the courtyard: delicious food and good wine. Three minutes to the sea. Clear sea, beautiful landscape and quiet village. Rested with a child, everything was very pleasant.

Good place, hospitable hosts. Good location, 50m to the sea, across the road, but at the same time the house is on the second line from the road, near the border with Turkey, the traffic of trucks and buses is decent even at night. But the house is at a distance of 20 meters from the road, behind other buildings, so the road noise is almost not felt. I liked it very much, there is a cafe, you will...

I stayed at this Guesthouse on the top of this majestic for an entire month and everything was great. I enjoyed the first time so much I came back for a another month. The views from both inside the rooms and from the terraces are absolutely stunning. The host, Geno, is a friendly and helpful guy. I believe he truly cares about his guests. For the New Year's Eve holiday he generously hosted a free...

Very very nice peaceful place! In the middle of a crazy green area in mountains, view to the all area and the sea. Very nice and helpful owner Geno. Me and my wife just crazy about it, we stayed there 10 days and we sure we will back there more times! For those who loves a nature and traveling like us, with silence and clean air and not the middle of a city! Not a faraway from the airport, and the...

Love it! Definitely unique place 🥰

Best place in Georgia. The owner of hotel Geno the kindest man in Georgia. I recommend this place

Great view in the sea. The house is located quite high up on the hill, but the place is vey nice and quiet. Nice clean rooms, crispy towels and linen. There is a barbecue in the yard and a shared kitchen. Geno is one of the nicest hosts I ever met.

They are great people, very hospitable. They greeted me with so much love and care. They made sire i was okay with my room and their service was very good. that review that made them look like monsters is false. For its price, the condition of the rooms are nice. Great visit!

The house is located on the first line, 2 minutes walk to the beach! The room is clean, bright, the furniture is excellent, the plumbing is new, everything worked! On the territory there is a place for a car and a veranda for relaxing and barbecue. The owners are wonderful people! Help with any questions! Maya, thank you for everything, thanks to you our vacation has become even more unforgettable...

Excellent hotel for a relaxing holiday. Clean, comfortable. Friendly host Maya.

Very good place. The hostess is friendly and responsive. To the sea two minutes. The rooms are modern and clean, Wi-Fi without interruption, each room has air conditioning. The stop is nearby, 30 minutes to Batumi, 5 minutes to the border with Turkey. We even walked a couple of times. A little further from the village are picturesque cliffs. Close to cafes and shops. The only negative is the proximity...

One of the best places to stay around Batumi. Right by the sea. Cleaner and quieter than hotels in Batumi itself, and there's no parking problem. A great place to spend time in Georgia without getting caught in Batumi traffic when coming from Türkiye.

The rooms look nice, and the hotel itself looks okay. But they clean the rooms very poorly. And the breakfast is very disappointing (I didn't think that was possible in Georgia; any roadside eatery will be fine or tasty). The courtyard is small, so you won't be able to sit quietly under a tree—there's a road nearby and lots of people. The municipal beach nearby is quite decent.

Nice hotel, buffet breakfast, quite filling. The rooms are clean. We took a room with a sea view, the view is gorgeous. We loved it.
