Very nice and cozy hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Nice swimming pool and clean rooms. Getting to Batumi city is not a bid deal

We got into a road improvement (a common thing for Moscow), but it doesn't add to the impressions of the holiday, especially when at midnight a tractor suddenly arrives and starts digging a hole(( It's a 30-minute walk to the Botanical Garden, but not along the beach, you'll have to jump and cross 3 rivers there, but along the highway, then along small streets

It is a few minutes' walk to the sea, but you have to cross a road with heavy traffic and a railway. There are several shops around, but there are no cafes or places to eat

The view from the windows is on the wall of the neighboring residential complex and partly on the sea. There is active construction around

Taxis are everywhere, yet, we would recommend booking through yandex / Maxim apps rather than using casual drivers

I was personally with my wife. Accepted like family. Stayed 3 weeks and did not regret it a bit. 10 min. by minibus from Batumi, 20 to Kabuleti. 150m to a nice beach.

Amazing location I can walk daily to the sea and the restaurants around here, The community here is amazing and so friendly and I felt like I’m in home 💕 It’s only breakfast here so you need to walk to eat or order food by Bolt only Also you need cash to pay no credit card payment accepted here unfortunately

It is in a village and far from the batumi about 30 minutes. But it near to the beach about 3 min. Batumi beautiful garden is about 10 minutes from there. Hotel is clean and the owner is very kindly

This is a great hotel, within walking distance of a clean, minimally crowded beach. A supermarket with everything you need is a 3-minute walk away. There's a nearby bus stop for going into town, a 10-minute ride away

The shared kitchen was well-equipped. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. There's a supermarket 200 meters away to meet all your grocery needs, and a charging station for electric vehicles

The linens and pillows are like new. You can change them whenever you need. The room has a hairdryer, towels, and an iron. There's a barbecue area in the courtyard

Across the road, 70 m, there is a good beach, clear sea. There is also a children's playground, a supermarket and a very good restaurant near the hotel

Tourists from Azejvardjan, Georgia, Ukraine, Russia and Turkey, all behave decently. Never used their swimming pool, because the sea is just across the road

The sea is mostly always clean, but there were days when mountain rivers brought much rubbish. The restaurant cooks well, but there was no shashlik when we wanted it. The owners are amicable and outgoing and hardworking

I found this place affordable and owner is also good they give all facilities like open kitchen and in front of rooms there is extra kitchen for making breakfast and all with microwave, toast maker and coffee maker and 7-8 min walking distance from bus stop and beach

Great stay here at TJ hostel! We have a room with a small balcony, the hostel provides you laundry service, 2 fully equipped kitchens and 2 common terraces one of them with a grat view over Batumi!

Teona helped me with some incoming mail and answered any questions I had about the city. Her and her family/ friends invited me for dinner with them for the final evening, which was really kind

I would recommend this place for a nice and quiet stay away from the city. It is also very easy to get to the city of Batumi, as you only have to get one bus on the main road

I totally disagree with (Richard Bellman), it's normal for any building projects under constructions to be dusty at the first phases!! But now, the outcome is gorgeous! All clean and well constructed

There are 2 swimming pools, a barbeque place, 2 places to eat outside and Alexander is currently working on the sauna
