I totally disagree with (Richard Bellman), it's normal for any building projects under constructions to be dusty at the first phases!!
But now, the outcome is gorgeous! All clean and well constructed. You must go there and see those villas from inside & outside. I liked the classy neighborhood as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Alexander's Green House! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and Alexander went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to major attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Alexander's hospitality truly stood out, making our family reunion experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
There are 2 swimming pools, a barbeque place, 2 places to eat outside and Alexander is currently working on the sauna.

Too expensive for that price. Loud dusty place to live, no shops, no infrastructure near the buildings. Road leading to object totally destroyed. Do not recommend to invest in this project. Buy Bitcoin instead.

Perfect place! The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay + two swimming pools.
The house is like a small fortress of the 17th century, bamboo grows around.
The hosts are very hospitable, delicious homemade wine =)
