New large apartments in a new residential complex, comfortable beds, all equipment works. The pool did not work.
I had to buy washing powder, dishwashing liquid and garbage bags myself. There is no garbage container near the building, you have to walk a little along the street to the nearest container with garbage.
It is a few minutes' walk to the sea, but you have to cross a road with heavy traffic and a railway. There are several shops around, but there are no cafes or places to eat. There is one beer bar, several vegetable/fruit sellers. There are no exchange offices in Mkhidzhauri at all. We got into a road improvement (a common thing for Moscow), but it doesn't add to the impressions of the holiday, especially when at midnight a tractor suddenly arrives and starts digging a hole((
It's a 30-minute walk to the Botanical Garden, but not along the beach, you'll have to jump and cross 3 rivers there, but along the highway, then along small streets. You can get there by bus.
You can also get to Batumi by bus, about 20 minutes.
In short, a good place, but there is no infrastructure around, you can stay for a few nights. The service is pleasant, but the security guards of the complex are gloomy and stern guys. The girls at the reception are always ready to help and speak good Russian.
The view from the windows is on the wall of the neighboring residential complex and partly on the sea. There is active construction around. The photo shows a zoomed-in view from the balcony and a crossing over the railway to the sea.

It's a bit far from downtown. I recommend it to families who want to enjoy the quiet, but not recommended otherwise. It is an area where traffic is always congested, so it takes about an hour to travel by bus to the city. The accommodations are clean and have a washing machine, which is convenient.

Very nice and cozy hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Nino was very accommodating. Nice swimming pool and clean rooms. Getting to Batumi city is not a bid deal. Taxis are everywhere, yet, we would recommend booking through yandex / Maxim apps rather than using casual drivers.
