We were the only guests in the hotel in November, so it was really quiet. Nice, clean rooms. I'm sure in summer it's a really great place to stay! The pool and everything looked great! The dining room was really beautiful!

The green zone and the pool are for sure very nice, but the whole experience was truly subpar. There is not much to compete with around the area, so the restaurant is very overpriced and no dish worthy of mentioning. The staff is very nice and accomodating.

The hotel needs renovation, everything is old, there is no elevator! The prices in the restaurant are also higher than I expected. Sometimes the food was good, sometimes it was of low quality. I liked two things: the green yard and the pool.

Rooms- needs renovation, toilet smells awfull. My things that I used in toilet just for higyen , everithyng smells horrible . Toilet door was broken, there wasn't closet for clothes, no robes and slippers. There was only one or two plugs in very uncomfortable places .
Service- Unexperienced staff, waitress was chewing gum while speaking, she was forgetting our orders and every time brought mistakenly. We payed for a bottle of water different prices: in pool bar it was 5 lari, in restaurant 2,5 lari and in lobby 2 lari.
Morning breakfast- every morning the same food, there was not big choice.
Pool, beach and yard- was the best parts of this hotel. It is 5 out of 5 .
Restaurant- also was very good with delicious dishes and attentive chief . 5 out of 5 .
To sum up the hotel would be good if there will be renovation in rooms and improvement in service . At the moment it is 3 out of 5

Friendly staff good hotel with nice beach, sand like in Ureki is black and magnetic, as doctors and older generation says it has heeling features. Best thing in this hotel defenatly is its garden, tropican plants are planted by owners older generation. Despite interior outdated style, still it is very good hotel with low price. I am giving 5 stars for garden and best one of the best beaches in Georgia
