It is a very good hotel

Small hotel with a homely atmosphere on the seashore. There is a beach, tables overlooking the sea and near the sea. Free sun loungers. Rested for four days with my family in two rooms. All rooms with sea and forest views (near Batumi Botanical Garden).
The main advantage is the caring and friendly Russian-speaking staff. Special thanks to the manager Natalia from Yaroslavl.
Send us to a meeting and replaced the inconvenient room with two smaller ones.
They forgot their things in the room. Manager Natalya arranged for us to deliver them with other guests to St. Petersburg! Thanks!!!!
Deliciously prepared and can be ordered in advance. Freshly baked bread and Adjarian khachapuri are especially delicious.
Free parking is available near the hotel.
On the ground floor there is a billiards table.

Cons:
There is nowhere to take a walk in the evening. This is a village. In addition, during our stay at the hotel, they were building a road, filling the embankment with concrete, making a pool.
Cleaning in the rooms - if you leave the keys, but we didn't, and the rooms were not cleaned.
There is nowhere to eat except the hotel itself. There is no competition. Nearby there are either restaurants of other hotels, to get to which you have to wade across the stream, or a street cafe near the house of a Chinese tea maker.
A military unit with a permanent post is right next to the hotel. The soldiers stare at the tourists all the time.
The market and shops are far away on foot.
There are no kettles, cutlery in the rooms. A refrigerator can be provided upon request.
Summary: Recommended for a budget holiday on the beach with children or as a stopover by car.
