So as soon as we arrived at the hotel to go to the room we had reserved they told us that they no longer had that room even though we had reserved it on booking and we were told to go to another room for the moment and the next day to go to the room we had reserved. Frankly I do not recommend this hotel just for that, otherwise the food, the room and the view are okay.

Amazing staff very helpful and friendly. They have a welcoming family vibe. I will for sure suggest them to anyone who plans to visit Ureki. We will for sure be back in the off season! See you soon.

Very hospitable hosts and staff, it was a pleasure to stay here. They responded quickly to all questions and were always accommodating. The sea is just across the road, all the shops are nearby, and there's a restaurant at the hotel.

that's our third time staying at this lovely family run peaceful hotel with friendly staff, comfy rooms, kids yard, parking, tasty restaurant and 2 min walk to the famous therapeutic magnetic black sand sea shore, we would definitely be coming back to this sunny place again. it isn't only about the place, it is more about the people who run the place with high standards. highly recommended.

Very good hotel, 10 meters from magnetic beach. It is only one beach like this in world. The see is warm there. The owner is so nice and helpful. On the top of the hotel you can eat, the best in the world, chinkali with cheese and drink very good georgian wine.

We stayed for a weekend in February, low season. A very kind gentleman treated us great and was very attentive. It is a well located and clean hotel.

We had a family vacation; it was a great place, everything worked. We ran into a problem with the lock, but it was resolved very quickly. The house is on the second line, but there's direct access to the sea through the first line.

Unexpected gem in Kobuleti! Service was amazing — fast, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The khinkali were absolutely delicious (just keep in mind, they’re a little spicy!). The BBQ portions were huge and perfectly grilled. Add to that the beautiful seaside view, and it made for a completely unexpected and memorable dinner. Totally recommend!
