Greedy landlord, make sure that both are in the same page regaring the checkout date and time, he will come and ask you to leave earlier and you cant do anything about it specifically you are not talking Russian or Georgian. Water can de disconnected at once so you have no toilet service at all.

Terrible people! Terrible owners, liars!!! Made my stay hell with my two year old son! They overbook and never make sure nobody makes noise or runs through corridors in the middle of the night! The owner Davit, yells at his guests’ kids because they play on his backyard grass, pulls them by ears and threatens his guests of putting them to jail because somebody accidentally left the oven on all night!(nobody saw, nobody heard! They overcharge for crappy rooms with no proper wifi connection or AC! If you like being micromanaged by the management and yelled at, and be overcharged and leave the place swallowing pills to calm your nerves down, this is the place to go! I am so disappointed
Shame on you for being such hostile towards your guests!
Never going back to Kobuleti thanks to these people!
