The room was very poor. No chair on balcony, the water in bathroon when taking shower was everywere. The food assortimwnt very poor, food too spicy, kids count eat eat. The jakuzi not working. Kids pool damaged.

A large sanatorium has specialized in providing services to patients with musculoskeletal diseases since the Soviet period. Large territory, very green. First line with access to the beach. The only such facility on the coast. The room stock requires renovation, no elevator. The staff is responsive and responsible.

Nice place, especially suited for children. Its beachfront location is very convenient, and lunch and dinner options are rich and varied. Breakfast, however, is less suitable for vegans or vegetarians. Rooms are cleaned daily or upon request. The building is surrounded by a beautiful variety of plants.

The best place in Ureki to stay with the whole family. We took a cabin, it was very cool. The kids were constantly playing in the courtyard and swimming in the pool. I would like to separately note the quality of the food in the restaurant. Unbelievable breakfasts. Prices for lunches and dinners are the same as in neighbouring cafes, but everything is very tasty and comfortable cafe.

Food and staff are great. Swimming pool with cover obstructs my beautiful view of nightly sunsets. A guick 100m walk and you are on the beach. There is a pebble beach next to the hotel, but in the low season was not clean. So I would recommend to go to Ureki, if you want to swim. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Wonderful hotel and beach. The breakfasts are excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the entire staff are simply wonderful people. I never wanted to leave the beach or get out of the sea. Be sure to visit the Dendropark, it’s a real gem. I also really enjoyed the Musicians’ Park and the market in Kobuleti. Overall, this place is amazing — definitely come here!

Prices are a bit steep for the experience. Long wait times and occasional spicy surprises in salads. Orders can get lost in the shuffle. Music needs a refresh. The pool's vibe is inconsistent, with outdated tunes and questionable water quality. But a big shoutout to the friendly staff! They were always helpful and accommodating, even switching off Russian songs when we asked. 🌟

Nice hotel. We had a family room with sea view and a huge balcony. Nicely furnished. 50 m to the sea. They have their own outdoor pool as well. Breakfast freshly made. 15 of us, we hired a boat, the captain was very friendly and chatty. The trip took about us 2hrs including a 30min break in the woods. I recommended taking a mosquito repellent and some snacks. Easy free parking, plenty of space, overall a very enjoyable trip and good value. Up to 7 people you can take a speedboat for a faster trip and more places to visit.

It's worth the entrance fee of 200 gel for 2 pax. The speedboat ride lasts about 2 hours, and on the drive, you get to see fringes of the natural forestation and wildlife. 2 stops along the way.

New large apartments in a new residential complex, comfortable beds, all equipment works. The pool did not work. I had to buy washing powder, dishwashing liquid and garbage bags myself. There is no garbage container near the building, you have to walk a little along the street to the nearest container with garbage. It is a few minutes' walk to the sea, but you have to cross a road with heavy traffic...

It's a bit far from downtown. I recommend it to families who want to enjoy the quiet, but not recommended otherwise. It is an area where traffic is always congested, so it takes about an hour to travel by bus to the city. The accommodations are clean and have a washing machine, which is convenient.

The hotel was OK, and the staff is friendly. And I was clean. The only problem my head is that I don’t think they were expecting a guest in my room. There was no toilet paper, soap or remote control for TV or air-conditioning in my room. However, a quick walk to the front desk and they took care of it all. For the price it was a great stay.

This was my third business trip to Batumi in twelve months. The previous two occasions I stayed in three-star hotels which were friendly, but rather down-market, especially the breakfasts. After a good deal of research, I booked Batumi World Palace. After my very positive experience, I shall be staying there from now on. Plus - First hotel we've stayed that has a blanket. The room size generous. We found the room tired. The bed was acceptable, but not good. The bathroom needs a makeover to take it from 2 stars (poor lighting, shower splashes onto floor, water warm instead of hot). There was no pull out cord to hang washed smalls. The refrigerator doesn't make drinks cold. The bed lights don't work properly....

Nice room, nice bath, clean and spacious room. Good location. Reception was well versed in English and very helpful. Now the bad, the bath was very dark because not all the lights were working. Kind of sad, since it was really well equipped. My reading light didn't work beside my bed, which was annoying since I had to light up the whole room to read, not letting my husband sleep in peace.

The location is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a weekend getaway. The room had a rustic charm and the view from the balcony was stunning. However, the service was slow and the check-in process took forever. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable, which was frustrating since I needed to work remotely. An old 19th-century building on the beachfront. New, high-quality renovations. Everything works. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide selection. There's a coffee machine. If there's a disco on the beach, you'll have to sleep with the windows closed, but fortunately, that's only on weekends. It's a decent hotel, good location. We liked it.

My 3 time in Batumi in Georgia i recommend for ever one.. food, games stuf manager Rüstem bey, was very profesional friendly honest other stuff was all good too, views of my rooms all was good views. When you need help Veronica and customer help desk work profesional. Location is perfect walking distance almost everwhere . New years i will be here again
