The room was very poor. No chair on balcony, the water in bathroon when taking shower was everywere. The food assortimwnt very poor, food too spicy, kids count eat eat. The jakuzi not working. Kids pool damaged.

A large sanatorium has specialized in providing services to patients with musculoskeletal diseases since the Soviet period. Large territory, very green. First line with access to the beach. The only such facility on the coast. The room stock requires renovation, no elevator. The staff is responsive and responsible.

Nice place, especially suited for children. Its beachfront location is very convenient, and lunch and dinner options are rich and varied. Breakfast, however, is less suitable for vegans or vegetarians. Rooms are cleaned daily or upon request. The building is surrounded by a beautiful variety of plants.

The best place in Ureki to stay with the whole family. We took a cabin, it was very cool. The kids were constantly playing in the courtyard and swimming in the pool. Wonderful hotel and beach. The breakfasts are excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the entire staff are simply wonderful people. I never wanted to leave the beach or get out of the sea. Be sure to visit the Dendropark, it’s a real gem. I also really enjoyed the Musicians’ Park and the market in Kobuleti. Overall, this place is amazing — definitely come here!

15 of us, we hired a boat, the captain was very friendly and chatty. The trip took about us 2hrs including a 30min break in the woods. I recommended taking a mosquito repellent and some snacks. Easy free parking, plenty of space, overall a very enjoyable trip and good value. Up to 7 people you can take a speedboat for a faster trip and more places to visit.

New large apartments in a new residential complex, comfortable beds, all equipment works. The pool did not work. I had to buy washing powder, dishwashing liquid and garbage bags myself. There is no garbage container near the building, you have to walk a little along the street to the nearest container with garbage. It is a few minutes' walk to the sea, but you have to cross a road with heavy traffic...

It's a bit far from downtown. I recommend it to families who want to enjoy the quiet, but not recommended otherwise. It is an area where traffic is always congested, so it takes about an hour to travel by bus to the city. The accommodations are clean and have a washing machine, which is convenient.

The hotel was OK, and the staff is friendly. And I was clean. The only problem my head is that I don’t think they were expecting a guest in my room. There was no toilet paper, soap or remote control for TV or air-conditioning in my room. However, a quick walk to the front desk and they took care of it all. For the price it was a great stay.

Had a rest with friends in 2015, everyone was very happy, great staff! During our stay, one of us had a birthday, so they decorated the gazebo for us, and generally helped with the organization. We became friends with the owner of the hotel. Everything was great! I hope to visit there again!

This was my third business trip to Batumi in twelve months. The previous two occasions I stayed in three-star hotels which were friendly, but rather down-market, especially the breakfasts. After a good deal of research, I booked Batumi World Palace. After my very positive experience, I shall be staying there from now on. I had a fantastic stay at Batumi World Palace Hotel! The hospitality was top-notch, and every detail was carefully attended to, making it feel like a home away from home. Can’t wait to visit again!

Nice hotel in a perfect central location. Rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is nice (very good Cappuccino!). I especially appreciate that I was given a different, bigger room after I complained about the noise coming from outside the room - at no additional cost.

Plus - First hotel we've stayed that has a blanket. The room size generous. We found the room tired. The bed was acceptable, but not good. The bathroom needs a makeover to take it from 2 stars (poor lighting, shower splashes onto floor, water warm instead of hot). There was no pull out cord to hang washed smalls. The refrigerator doesn't make drinks cold. The bed lights don't work properly....

Nice room, nice bath, clean and spacious room. Good location. Reception was well versed in English and very helpful. Now the bad, the bath was very dark because not all the lights were working. Kind of sad, since it was really well equipped. My reading light didn't work beside my bed, which was annoying since I had to light up the whole room to read, not letting my husband sleep in peace.

The location is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a weekend getaway. The room had a rustic charm and the view from the balcony was stunning. However, the service was slow and the check-in process took forever. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable, which was frustrating since I needed to work remotely. Overall, a decent stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The only thing we liked about this hotel is surprisingly good bed and great breakfast! Other than that it’s very old and dirty. But location is amazing!

The room is very retro and the facilities are not old. It is a very cost-effective hotel compared with the surrounding area.

The Hotel Alik is fantastic choice among 4* Hotels in Batumi, with the large Lobby, welcoming staff, fully renovated rooms. Location is excellent at the heart of Batumi. You may enjoy Billiard or may rest at sitting place in front of the Hotel. Nice choice.

The most beautiful location in old Batumi city. The owner was very hospitable. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Also next side of hotel, was Caffe ga.zapkhuli with delicious Georgian cuisine. Thank u such a wonderful holidays ❤️ We will be back ✌️ Highly recommended 💫

Very nice Hotel, with renovated rooms, welcoming staff, fantastic location at the heart of Batumi, 2 minutes walk to Batumi Boulevard, near Radisson and Le Meridien Hotels. Having the largest Lobby among 4 stars Hotels. Highly recommended 👌👌
