So as soon as we arrived at the hotel to go to the room we had reserved they told us that they no longer had that room even though we had reserved it on booking and we were told to go to another room for the moment and the next day to go to the room we had reserved. Frankly I do not recommend this hotel just for that, otherwise the food, the room and the view are okay.

Amazing staff very helpful and friendly. They have a welcoming family vibe. I will for sure suggest them to anyone who plans to visit Ureki. We will for sure be back in the off season! See you soon.

Very hospitable hosts and staff, it was a pleasure to stay here. They responded quickly to all questions and were always accommodating. The sea is just across the road, all the shops are nearby, and there's a restaurant at the hotel.

We went for dinner to the restaurant and were having a good time, regardless of half the menu being out of stock. Then the manager came out and wanted to chase the dogs away with a taser. Never have I seen such disregard for another animals life

that's our third time staying at this lovely family run peaceful hotel with friendly staff, comfy rooms, kids yard, parking, tasty restaurant and 2 min walk to the famous therapeutic magnetic black sand sea shore, we would definitely be coming back to this sunny place again. it isn't only about the place, it is more about the people who run the place with high standards. highly recommended.

I visited their restaurant today and it was by far the worst experience I had in a Georgian restaurant, and I have been dining out almost every day for 2 months now. The wait for food is long, the food is average: the fish I had was good, the salad and soup were bland. I found one mushroom in my mushroom soup. Their menu is translated wrong and therefore misleading to a customer. When trying to explain the situation two waitresses were extremely rude and one of them was shouting at me. The manger that stepped in seemed pretty sensible. A waitress shouting at a customer? I think that's possible only in Georgia. To the manager/owner: please train your staff.

Pros:
- good sea and sand
- good hotel service, people are very nice and kind
- close to the sea

Cons:
- mud behind the hotel that smells on rain
- 75-90% humidity, hard to breathe
- hotel price 70$ per day was too much for Ureki
- after 4-5 days you will have nothing to do in Ureki, except swimming in the sea
- in the evening it is very noisy because of the sounds of cafeterias, parks and restaurants
