The hotel itself is an amazing place, everything is clean and well attended. The only problem I found, and it is more or a country issue, is that all the staff are addicted to their mobile phones and in general there was a lack of customer service.

Seventeen Rooms is a very good boutique hotel located about a ten minutes walk from Telavi city centre. The room we had was excellent. Very large with a very large sit out. The hotel is very tastefully done up. The decor and furniture in the lobby exhibit class. The service provided by Tornike is outstanding. Absolutely loved our stay at Boutique Hotel Kivira! The design is beautiful, blending modern comfort with local charm. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. It's a very pleasant environment, away from populated areas, so it's incredibly peaceful. The rooms are tidy, the restaurant area has a beautiful interior, and the breakfast is good. The yard is ideal for taking beautiful photos.

Spent two nights in mid-November, room was super clean and very quiet. The wine tasting and restaurant were fantastic, highly recommended for wine lovers.

To be honest, we didn't expect this, but the hotel is wonderful. The grounds are huge, very well-maintained, and the restaurant is superb. I hope we'll definitely be back.

The view is absolutely breathtaking but the service, food and amenities were very poor. The buffet was cold and sparse, the employees at the breakfast restaurant were disinterested and the shower in the bath was not working well.. the 3 stars is only for the location. Nice hotel a bit further than Telavi. Rooms are spacious with pool view. Restaurant is a short walk and has a nice terras. Very good service!!

So, except for the non-working wifi (not in the room, not in the lobby), the cold temperature everywhere (we were at the end of October), cockroaches in the bathroom, hair on the toilet and on the floor, no calm music in lobby - everything is OK... Breakfast is passable... If you don't have a place to stay at all, then you can. The view from the balcony is beautiful.

Everything is cool. Rooms, services and friendly staff. Definitely will come here again. And very easy to find. We came here at the midnight without booking place in advance and had some difficulties with hosting but these guys were very quick and operational, so thanks once again

It's cozy and clean. However, they don't provide room service unless you ask. My room door doesn't lock properly and DO NOT DISTURB button doesn't work. Also the balcony door doesn't lock. They don't have a safe either. Breakfast is great though.

Definitely stay at Top Floor accommodation if visiting this beautiful town. Timur made us feel so welcomed in his gorgeous house that they have recently renovated. He offered info on lots of places to see in town, also offers wine tours. Even offered us some wine to try when we arrived. The place is not very modern, but the young host is amazingly worm person. When I had to stay for another night in Telqvi, because we have returned too late to going straight to Tbilisi, he took me for free.

We stayed here for just one night and it was pretty good. Central location, free parking, you can order a home made breakfast. As lots of people said, there's a kind of museum inside and the owner is happily showing around, being incredibly proud of every single object. It was interesting to have a tour around the house but to be honest we were tired at the end of the day and just wanted to rest, whereas...

Great stay. we even received a bigger room upgrade. The hosts, a very friendly couple in their 50s, gave us excellent recommendations for visiting Telavi and the surrounding area. Everything was clean, with a lovely garden in a quiet neighborhood that’s still within walking distance of the city center. They also have a kitchen you canuse. Highly recommended.

Quick and easy process, called them late at night, came over, paid and got the keys. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable enough, location is great as it's close to the center of the city. Outdoor sitting was nice and cozy. Overall, I would definitely recommend the place for a quick, affordable and easygoing stay when visiting Telavi

Staying with Cico was unquestionably one of my best experiences in Georgia. The house is huge! My room was comfy and spacious, with a private bathroom (you cannot lock the door but it's not a big deal at all). I got to spend some amazing time with Cico even without her speaking any English. She's such a lively and spirited lady. I hope you are as lucky as I was and get invited for a family dinner....

My absolute favorite place to stay in Telavi and Cico is my favorite Georgian ever! So much so that I came back and stayed another night. Cico is the kindest, warmest person I have ever met. Good guesthouse. There are small flaws: the repair in the guest rooms has not been done for a long time, there is little lighting. But on the whole it is good, as there is a bathroom everywhere and the hostess Tsitso prepares such breakfasts, which is enough until dinner. And in general, Tsitso is very hospitable and tells how much better to get.

Cico is a great host. You can have breakfast and meals here, ask her. We have been 1 month around Georgia and we still remember breakfast at Cico's. 😀.
