Absolutely loved our stay at Boutique Hotel Kivira! The design is beautiful, blending modern comfort with local charm. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The views from the terrace were breathtaking, especially at sunrise. Delicious breakfast with fresh, local ingredients. The hotel itself is an amazing place, everything is clean and well attended. The only problem I found, and it is more or a country issue, is that all the staff are addicted to their mobile phones and in general there was a lack of customer service.

Excellent stay and in a nice location to enjoy the city. We had a fantastic stay and the team were very helpful and friendly.

Seventeen Rooms is a very good boutique hotel located about a ten minutes walk from Telavi city centre. The room we had was excellent. Very large with a very large sit out. The hotel is very tastefully done up. The decor and furniture in the lobby exhibit class. The service provided by Tornike is outstanding. It's a very pleasant environment, away from populated areas, so it's incredibly peaceful. The rooms are tidy, the restaurant area has a beautiful interior, and the breakfast is good. The yard is ideal for taking beautiful photos.

Spent two nights in mid-November, room was super clean and very quiet. The wine tasting and restaurant were fantastic, highly recommended for wine lovers.

To be honest, we didn't expect this, but the hotel is wonderful. The grounds are huge, very well-maintained, and the restaurant is superb. I hope we'll definitely be back.

The view is absolutely breathtaking but the service, food and amenities were very poor. The buffet was cold and sparse, the employees at the breakfast restaurant were disinterested and the shower in the bath was not working well.. the 3 stars is only for the location. Special appreciation for their reception staff Nico who was very nice and helpful

Nice hotel a bit further than Telavi. Rooms are spacious with pool view. Restaurant is a short walk and has a nice terras. Very good service!!

So, except for the non-working wifi (not in the room, not in the lobby), the cold temperature everywhere (we were at the end of October), cockroaches in the bathroom, hair on the toilet and on the floor, no calm music in lobby - everything is OK... Breakfast is passable... If you don't have a place to stay at all, then you can. The view from the balcony is beautiful.

Everything is cool. Rooms, services and friendly staff. Definitely will come here again. And very easy to find. We came here at the midnight without booking place in advance and had some difficulties with hosting but these guys were very quick and operational, so thanks once again

It's cozy and clean. However, they don't provide room service unless you ask. My room door doesn't lock properly and DO NOT DISTURB button doesn't work. Also the balcony door doesn't lock. They don't have a safe either. Breakfast is great though.

We had a lovely stay: Our host was very caring and sweet, always smiling and very helpful! She recommended a really nice wine company in the area and made delicious breakfast for us. The view from the house was breathtaking and the garden beautiful! We can only recommend this lovely gem and hope to come back!

Staying with Cico was unquestionably one of my best experiences in Georgia. The house is huge! My room was comfy and spacious, with a private bathroom (you cannot lock the door but it's not a big deal at all). I got to spend some amazing time with Cico even without her speaking any English. She's such a lively and spirited lady. I hope you are as lucky as I was and get invited for a family dinner....

My absolute favorite place to stay in Telavi and Cico is my favorite Georgian ever! So much so that I came back and stayed another night. Cico is the kindest, warmest person I have ever met. I had so many meals in her kitchen and garden, along with the coffee we used to make together. She gave me veggies and fruits from her garden. I even met some of her family and friends and they made me feel so...

Good guesthouse. There are small flaws: the repair in the guest rooms has not been done for a long time, there is little lighting. But on the whole it is good, as there is a bathroom everywhere and the hostess Tsitso prepares such breakfasts, which is enough until dinner. And in general, Tsitso is very hospitable and tells how much better to get.

Cico is a great host. You can have breakfast and meals here, ask her. We have been 1 month around Georgia and we still remember breakfast at Cico's. 😀. Rooms are very nice, overall the House is nice, also à little backyard with hamoc. She speaks georgian and russian, but no english, anyway if there is something important her family does speak good english and she can call them, if they are not already...
