I was there with my workmates. We booked a room with discount. To sum up it's a clean standard small hotel, with standard breakfast, great staff.. Beautiful design but that’s about it. It can be called wanna’be high class hotel. For example- we stayed in the suit but there was no tissues box, no bath robe, no kettle in the room, the staff at the restaurant don’t speak English and the highlight- they charge you extra of 13 Lari for espresso in breakfast. Only tasteless percolator coffee is included in the breakfast price

You read all the negative comments and I have to say they are not true or the Hotel significantly improved their service - very friendly welcome, welcome drink and amazing staff al around. The rooms and the facilities are amazing and considering what is around this place certainly appealed to me 10/10. Don’t get out off by the negativity of some of the earlier comments and go see for yourself!

The location is first-class. You can see the fortress and the king's sculpture from the room. The room is also very comfortable, but there is a weird big pillar in the middle. This city really must be visited, it is full of amazing historical witnesses, and there was also the Telavi Music Festival during our trip!
