Rooms are clean and staff tries to be helpful. Restaurant is decent. They have no ac this time of year so the rooms are too hot.

Wonderful location - great view of the city walls, and close to the shops. Large, comfortable room. Breakfast could have been better, but the evening meal in the Georgian restaurant was great.

Excellent hotel. Modern and located right in the city center. It has its own pool where you can relax.

Reception was great. There are very nice girls there. It's a pity our room was not cleaned in two days. The standard room with a balcony itself is really good. The hotel has two swimming pools. I swam in both. The exterior is large, until it was heated in May and it was cold, but I got used to it and enjoyed it. The upper pool is quite small (but it was heated) and there were few places for a few visitors...

It's quite old overall, and the facilities are a bit basic. There are several restaurants and banks nearby, making it convenient to withdraw money. The Japanese food with its snow-capped mountain view is also nice. You can take a walk in the evening. The food is decent, not crowded. They even let us do a survey; their attitude was very good.

The room was large and clean, with a museum across the street and a beautiful environment. There were many restaurants nearby, and the front desk helped call a taxi; the service was top-notch.

We were pleased with the overall experience. The hotel offers a good location, beautiful views, excellent service, and a warm, cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was a highlight thanks to the wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The only issue we faced was the mattresses, which were not very comfortable. Still, it’s a solid choice for a short one-night stay.

Just one word: amazing! We loved everything: the service (kudos to Diana and the rest of the staff, waiters in the restaurant); the rooms; the view; the bathtub in the room and a sauna. I definitely recommend this place for a stay. We came in November - we were the only family staying here - super. The dinner and the breakfast (included) were above reproach.

We celebrated my brother's and now sister-in-law's wedding here. The venue was absolutely wonderful, the staff was very friendly, considering we were partying for two days straight. Food was delicious and the hotel is located in such a stunning place, with fresh air and horses wandering about. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, room service were also super sweet and welcoming.

We had our wedding at this chateau at the end of April, and everything was perfect. The staff was professional and polite, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was absolutely delicious. The chateau itself is beautiful and set in a peaceful, scenic location. I truly can’t wait to come back in a couple of years!

Poor service, water in the shower is almost cold. SPA wasn't fully functional, even though I asked before booking if it was working and was told that it was. When I asked to check out early with partial refund for these reasons, they refused my request.

The best place in Kakheti. The place which you should visit. I am Georgian and they have the best food, best stuff, best location, they are simply best. I hope they will always remain their hotel on such a high level.

The only drawback is the distance from centre of town, but since this is a resort, it is acceptable. It has beautiful grounds, outside swimming pools (one of olympic size) and also has an indoor pool, gym, pathways in a green area with many trees, nice premises and a good restaurant. Great if you have a car or is in a group excursion. It is very quiet and relaxing. Recommended.
