Clean rooms, nice shower, swimming pool and a cozy fireplace nearby. Staff is very friendly, enjoyed the stay very much!

Highly recommended! This charming little boutique hotel truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by an incredibly warm and attentive staff — communicating with them was an absolute pleasure. The rooms were another highlight. For what’s considered a standard room, the space was impressively generous. The beds were large and exceptionally comfortable, and cleanliness was evident from the very first moment. The linens were of high quality, adding to the overall sense of comfort and care. The food was also a delight. The menu offered a variety of delicious dishes, and the location — right in the heart of Telavi — meant we were surrounded by many interesting places to explore. From our whole family, this hotel receives our highest recommendation!

This is a very good place to rest. Here I like very much not only a comfortable room or a pool in the garden, but family environment you can feel, while you are here. 👍

Excellent food, great staff! While staying at the beautiful hotel, we had dinner at the restaurant. The food was of great quality. Definitely a place to got when staying in telawi.

Very cool service, the staff at the reception and in the restaurant are professional, responsive and friendly. The room is comfortable, clean, with white bed linen and towels, robes, shower accessories, a hairdryer and air conditioning, a comfortable shower. Also a nice bonus was a bottle of wine and snacks (churchkhela and dried fruits). The breakfast is excellent, pleasantly surprised by the Belgian waffles and variety of cheeses, fruits. The restaurant at the hotel is good. The territory is very nice. And the location is convenient, close to the center through the alley with benches and swings :)

Absolutely loved our stay at Boutique Hotel Kivira! The design is beautiful, blending modern comfort with local charm. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The views from the terrace were breathtaking, especially at sunrise. Delicious breakfast with fresh, local ingredients. A peaceful and stylish retreat in the heart of Kakheti — we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended.

This was the first hotel on a recent trip to the Caucasus that I thought would be nice to return to. Nice rooms, great food and good ambience, particularly in dining area and wine bar/cellar where wine tasting can be done. Friendly service and some great saperavi wine on offer.

This a wonderful genuine boutique hotel, the owners have created a terrific ambiance throughout. We booked a deluxe suite and it was a fabulous room. (Unfortunately it was very misty during our stay so there was no mountain view). The attention to detail was excellent, large bed and very comfortable. Very large bathroom with a bath and shower. The reception staff were first class. Our room was not ready on arrival but they provided tea/coffee and nice nibbles. Breakfast was a good spread. Dinner service was not great.... the trout came without sauce and the soup came without bread as shown in the photos... service could have been better. In summary, although there were a few issues with dinner this is still a great hotel and we would have no hesitation in returning again or recommending to family and friends.

It is located at the top of Telavi city, so it is a bit difficult to walk from the city center, but the view is worth it. The restaurant is well-run, and you can taste wine in the wine cellar, and the tea here is special. I went there expecting a swimming pool, but I was disappointed that I couldn't use it during my stay. It seems that if you stay for multiple nights, they don't clean the room or provide towels unless you ask for it.
