I’m wondering if these hotels are part of the scammers at the entrance of the city…
Why are your guests allowed to access the city by car, while those who want to hilke have to pay the scammers? What is your role in this situation?

Very bad experience we were kicked out of the hotel by an old lady just for asking help , she just shouted at us for no reason at all
Also the lobby smells bad , no reception , and very rude all in all

We visited Juta in June 2023. After finishing a trail, we came to Juta Cafe for lunch and were warmly welcomed by the owner, Natia. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy. In the end, we even had a beer with the park owner and talked for a while. It was a perfect afternoon. Greetings from Portugal! We hope to visit Juta again one day.

Pros:
Well.. it is newly built house, very clean and rooms are big
Breakfast is good, local honey and milk

Cons:
Rooms are very very very cold and do not have air conditioning, and the heater is definitely too small and weak for the room.
Smell of wetness in the hotel (except the rooms themselves)
Sauna - 100 lari per hour ?!?!?!? Really?

Very beautiful Alpine Hotel with awesome service and food. The woman who run this hotel are a family and they make you feel like one of them. The price was modest and it had internet hot shower and huge lounge and beautiful views.

Very weird place. Parking 5 Gel (soon to be 10).

Worst place I have ever had lunch. They had around 5 things to choose from on the menu, I went with Khachapuri, which turned out 10 min later they didn’t have anyway. Then I picked khinkali and plain bread instead, which took around 40 min to prepare, even though I from the beginning said I was in a hurry and if they could make it quick. The bread turned out to be good but the khinkali was terrible and tasted rancid
