I would happily give Guest House 15 the highest possible recommendation ☺️ the rooms are exactly as pictured, each room has a private bathroom with excellent water pressure and temperature, and some rooms (I think several of them) have balconies with absolutely incredible views!
And the owner absolutely deserves a special mention, what a kind, generous, and interesting person. Archil offered to take us to Juta when we were having trouble locating a transfer, and was always available to help with anything at all. We so greatly appreciated it, and the conversations we had were lovely ☺️ everything was great! We just wish we could have met the whole family, we've heard such good things about everybody! We're sure we'll be back someday 💌

Infrastructure wise, the place’s nice and cozy, but the hostess had a very rude and weird attitude with us when a confusion regarding the use of the kitchen arose.
Instead of offering a clear and kind communication, she became aggresive, which left us pretty uncomfortable.
Would reccomend to watch out for her behaviour.

It was a really homey house, where the owners were amazing to us. Great view, good company, all by all, an amazing experience there. We went hiking also at the nearby mountains, it was also a 3-minute walk from the store Very convenient to us.

A very well maintained guest house. The room with a private bathroom were clean. The hostess is helpful and easy to communicate with. The views from the balcony are gorgeous.

The view is amazing!
the landlord was really cute and helped with everything we needed.
the only small issue we had was something she couldn't handle. there were gas issue fir the entire village, so no heating in rooms and no hot water, and when it was back it took a long time until hot water arrived to the rooms

Outstanding hospitality, greatly recommended. It's a guest house, nothing out of regular wasn't expected - but the owners are receiving you in such a great manner that you don't need anything better. Great place to spend evenings. Greatly recommended.

Beautiful and cozy guesthouse with great views. Loveliest owners who put their heart and soul into it. Really good homemade food. Nice cozy rooms. Absolutely worth it!

Fantastic location in a very well appointed quiet hotel. Be sure to stay for dinner and breakfast... they are both a delight.
