Where to stay in Dzhuta

Very beautiful Alpine Hotel with awesome service and food. The woman who run this hotel are a family and they make you feel like one of them. The price was modest and it had internet hot shower and huge lounge and beautiful views.

Didn't stay at the hotel only ate in the restaurant-good food, good prices and a friendly staff, worth stopping by

Pros: Well.. it is newly built house, very clean and rooms are big Breakfast is good, local honey and milk Cons: Rooms are very very very cold and do not have air conditioning, and the heater is definitely too small and weak for the room. Smell of wetness in the hotel (except the rooms themselves) Sauna - 100 lari per hour ?!?!?!? Really?

The views from this place are second to none.. we stayed there for two days and it was a great experience with two hikes. The people at the place were super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this place! Only be ready for a bit of hike to get to this place..:)

Getting there is a challenge. It took us about 25 minutes uphill climbing. At the 5 seasons there is a cafe and rest area. The view is amazing. Certainly worth the effort

One of the most amazing places we've ever been. Our room was just gorgeous. The food in the restaurant delicious. The stuff is very helpful and nice. Totally recommend this place for a couple of days to chill and walking around.

Such a lovely location, a hike around 30 minutes, after parking. The location has hammock and beanbag to sit back and relax and watch the beauty. The cafe has so many options out of which I liked the lemonade. And the cheese sandwich.

This place is wonderful! We stayed overnight and did a short hike towards the Chaukhi mountains. The service was great, the girls are so nice. The food was really good, local cuisine with a modern twist. Highly recommend.

Very nice guesthouse. Great base for exploring the mountain area. Meggie is a friendly host and terrific cook. They only speak Georgian, but her daighter’s english is great.

If you wanna stay with local people, eat their food and feels like one of them this is the place, rustic, cozy home, the family speak just Georgian and they just very nice and attentive!

Best guesthouse in Juta, Levan and Meggie are the most nice and interesting people. Come here you won't regret it.

There are only 4 rooms in this house. One is used by the family. The other 3 are for guests. Megi is in charge of booking, cooking and housekeeping . Levan manages 4 horses and takes tourists to mountains everyday in the summer season. Both don’t speak or understand much English. Sofia helps with translation and most of time taking horses to mountains with dad. Everyday they feed me with freshly home...

A wonderful guest house experience. Megi is an amazing cook and a host and Levan has so much knowledge of the area plus horses he can rent to guests with a guide for a trip up to the lakes. The views from the place are beautiful. The water in the shower works on gas so takes a bit to get warm and the stream is not very strong. It is a simple place but a truly great one to stay in. Very much recommended

Very warm family hosting, kind and nice! It was amazing listening to their stories about the village. We ate both dinner and breakfast there and it was very tasty. Notice that shower and toilet are shared, not an option for private, (but only 3 rooms total at the place) It is located at the beginning of Juta on the hill to the left.

Beautiful experience. Highly recommended. Worth staying for atleast 2 nights. Much better than staying in a hotel in Gudauri.

Perfect place for camping ,location is 1km. from the village Juta. You can choose glamping, cottage or rent a ⛺ at the same place. We tried glamping and it was perfect! The hospitality was great. It was a very warm welcome after a few days of very hard hikes. The gave me some extra blankets, the food was fantastic, the views from the tent amazing.

The strangest hotel I've ever stayed at! Couldn't decide if it wasn't yet finished or had already started to fall apart. First you get flattened by an enormous dog (thankfully friendly) who pounces on everyone how arrives or leaves and spends the rest of his time trying to get in. The houses facing the mountain are nice, but those at the back are just too noisy.

You definitely don’t get what was advertised. The room was worn-out, there was water damage, the bathroom had a terrible odor, doors of the bathroom could only be locked from outside and the heating had no regulation and it got really hot. The road leading to the place was terrible and same goes for the service.

Very nice place with amazing view. Highly recommend to book apartments with terrace to have a cup of coffee outside enjoying the mountains. So adorable. Staff is very helpful, we asked for a barbecue they even give us charcoal and all the stuff. Very good idea to have a bbq with such a view. Starry sky is so adorable.

One of the best hotels I stayed in Georgia was Alpenhaus. Though the hotel is small but has un unmatchable and breathtaking views. The rooms are nice and cozy and they have a very beautiful open roof restaurant! Highly recommended in Kazbegi!

I am thrilled with this accommodation. It has a beautiful and modern design, and everything wss very clean. It was very warm inside, and the cabin had everything we needed. I really liked that the cabin was a bit away from the center. The access road might not have been in the best condition, but there was parking available on the property. The property was very well-maintained. :)

This cabin is exactly what you would imagine a mountain getaway to be. My partner and I had the best time Tucktaway in this place for a few days. The hikes and the food in the town are lovely as well and the sweeping views of the mountains it’s morning, are breathtaking.

It is a very nice place for a big group for parties and weekend gatherings. The host is very good and the rooms are neat and clean. The place is very well organized and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very good for people to cook. We recently went there for new year celebrations and it was great fun. The place also had BBQ and it was too good to use. Excellent location. The rooms were good, but the bathrooms were smelly; the guide explained that's an issue in that region. There is a huge, hairy dog on the property that was not mentioned on the website. The landlady staying on the property curtailed our freedom a tiny bit.

Spectacular views from room, we took the quad room, wakho & his family are really loving hosts, & they not only welcomed us into their home but also made it really a joyful stay for us. Kids had a chance to milk their cow! Wakho is a great guide , a very professional & safety conscious person to be trusted. We will surely stay with them again in our next trekking adventures!

There is no kettle at the room, and they charge 3 GEL !!! for a tea bag, which makes you feel more like an ATM than a guest. Modern room but lacks some facilities (chairs, bath soap and holder). Mattress was a bit too stiff. Unimpressive breakfast which, at its price, can be skipped. Great views to the valley. Overall, mediocre value for money.

I read a lot of rave reviews about this guesthouse. But for the price, it's so-so... I can't say anything bad, but Georgia has impressed me with its service in many places, but unfortunately, not this hotel. The sofas are very dirty. The shower is weird. Due to various reasons, the original accommodation was fully booked twice. We contacted Ctrip customer service and changed it to Pyramid. The customer service was in contact with the owner throughout the whole process. The owner was also very nice and had been waiting for a long time. Otherwise, Kazbek would have become a day where we would have to sleep on the streets.

It is very nice place. Personal is really hospitable. We were living in good, pure, spacious room with amazing view on mountains. Rooms are staffed of all necessary things, really comfortable and well planned and designed. There is a big hall on the first floor with soft chairs and sofa and table.

The owners are very kind , Tamara did everything that we'll feel comfortable . The rooms are clean , amenities are good and the breakfast (additional charge) is delicious. This hotel is a great value for money ! The room is too narrow and small for 4 people , therefore if your are traveling with more than 3 people as a family you may consider to book 2 rooms. The shower - definitely should be reconsidered...

Very well organized hotel; in addition to fully equipped rooms (which should not be taken for granted in today's Georgia) and breakfast, it also has a home-style kitchen where you can cook on your own, a welcoming hall for socializing and an outside terrace (with tables, chairs, blankets) that overlooks famous Kazbek mountain.

Just WOW! One of the best places I've stayed in in all of my travels.

Great view and room is clean. Monica is very helpful and friendly. They only serve breakfast and the portion is huge and delicious. For lunch and dinner, there are restaurants within walking distance or you can cook your own as they have kitchen.

The room costs about 45 GEL, and also we had very good breakfasts for extra 10 GEL for person. Free WiFi and drinking water was good, too. But Georgian guests were very noisy at night, it was uncomfortable...

Simple accomodation but clean. The house is very noisy, cos you can hear every word said anywhere in the house. It seems like the walls are made from papers. Especially if there is family dinner for 15 people lasting till late night. The breakfast and dinner was excelent.

We stayed in a different place but we came to try the authentic Georgian gastronomy and it was delicious, tasty and traditional food, it was a nice place and there were wonderful views, and the people OMG so nice, kind and generous. We had dinner and breakfast, it was incredibly tasty. I think it was one of my best food experience in Georgia, and there was a very energetic, positive and cozy atmosphere
