We stayed at Time Out for a week. It definitely is not more than a 3 star hotel. Basic amenities. The breakfast is very basic, but the menu for the day (which is extra cost) is brilliant. The soups, salads and pizza are outstanding.
We interacted with many staff but few could communicate in English. We were happy with the Receptionist (who could speak a little English), the Ski Instructor who was amazing with our son and one of the restaurant staff, Valeri. The rest of them could do with training and people skills. We were appalled by their attitude considering they in the hospitality industry. But all that aside, Gudauri is a lovely ski resort for family fun. Will be back but not to this hotel.

Very good location, can ski directly from the hotel door. Has a good manager, arranged for us to be checked in at 3:00 AM in the morning. Basic but good breakfast. Need some improvements in housekeeping.

I chose time out cafe for my lunch. My order was very quick surprisingly, so I advised to my friends also. Their order took 45 min to prepare, nothing special just BBQ, pizza and soup. We were asking how much longer it would take, answer was the same “3-4 min” and waited for 45min. I have no idea why it took so long, place was not crowded at all.

Even tho the place was full and we had to wait for about 30 minutes for a table, once we finally sat down we had to wait for a waiter for another 15 minutes. The first guy came and said he would come back to take our order and never came. Then a second waiter came and we ordered some pizzas; he came back later and told us they don't have pizzas anymore. We ordered other food but they told us it would take 1,5 hours, naturally we left and wasted effectively an hour of skiing. Also the music is always too loud and the staff is rude.

Very poor restaurant. Not a lot of choices on the menu. Waiters are way too relaxed, not great customer service. Food took a very long time to come my friends have finished completely their meal by the time they brought out my food. Great location but we will definitely not going to eat here again.
