Quadrum Hotel in Gudauri

Upon checking in, we had to sign a disclaimer stating that if something wasn't working and wasn't reported within 1 hour, we would have to pay for it. So, immediately after checking in, we inspected everything and found several issues right away. It would be better if, before making guests sign such a disclaimer, they would first ensure the rooms are actually ready for occupancy.

The light at the entrance was out (nothing was done after reporting it), the soap holder was broken (also nothing done), the hallway was dusty and there was still trash in the hallway (the trash was removed after asking 3 times, but it was still dusty, probably not vacuumed yet). The toilet was stained and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time (I had to ask at the reception twice because the first time, the lady just popped in quickly with a cleaning cloth and left without saying if she was finished or not. I politely asked at reception again because the toilet was still stained. The second time, she came with another lady and asked me exactly where the stains were, and she finally cleaned it with a stainless steel scourer).

I just want to get a clean room, but unfortunately, that seems difficult to achieve here.

The rest is okay: location, breakfast, and the reception staff genuinely try to help, but I believe there's still a lot of room for improvement regarding cleanliness.
