The hotel is located right in the ski resort, with a beautiful environment and warm, attentive service; the hotel's heating is excellent.

The room are clean. Nice friendly front desk. If you are going to take the 930 free transportation up to the ski place, please be early than 930, they actually left around 915, even the front desk told you it’s 930. Or else you gotta wait for the 1030. We ended up walk up. Not too far, 15 mins 20 mins walk. Without the ski equipment is ok, just imagine you need to bring all the equipment up there...

We chose this hotel for a short overnight stay after a long trip, but due to a delay at the border, we were left with only 2.5 hours to rest. Upon arrival, we explained the situation, and the nice girl at reception offered us breakfast while she tried to resolve our issue. The first-line snow view is open and unobstructed. The restaurant is very exquisite and tastes good. It is clean and tidy. The decoration is comfortable. Parking is convenient. Transportation is convenient.

The hotel’s location is great, especially for skiing beginners. It’s not noisy, and there’s parking available. However, the hotel is old, and the bathroom, bed and room aren’t very good, TV is so old and has only old and not clear channels.

Nice resort, easily accessible, lots of restaurants, ski rentals etc. However the roadways weren't cleared of snow and cars parked on side of roads make it difficult to access. Location is beautiful and definitely some powder to be had in places. The gondola and ski lifts are fast and work well. Gudauri Twins is an apartment, not a hotel, which is ideal if you prefer more space and flexibility. They don't provide breakfast but it has a kitchen with oven and all basic kitchen provisions, you need to get your own groceries. The view is really nice, and the location is very convenient—close to the ski area, gondola ride, and ski lift. Overall, a comfortable and practical place to stay in Gudauri

Top of the list to visit in Georgia. Too bad we visited during spring. But I promise myself to get back here during winter season and try snowboarding.

It was a good hotel for the price. I suggest getting a bigger room than standard. Room access as outside which is not a problem until it snows. Not a lot of electrical outlets, only 1 in our room. Bathroom was smaller than expected. The view from the room was spectacular, it snowed the whole time, but the location is not by the ski lifts at the main resort.

Upon checking in, we had to sign a disclaimer stating that if something wasn't working and wasn't reported within 1 hour, we would have to pay for it. So, immediately after checking in, we inspected everything and found several issues right away. It would be better if, before making guests sign such a disclaimer, they would first ensure the rooms are actually ready for occupancy. The light at the...

Spent 3 nights at the hotel. Facilities were great. Staff were fantastic. Huge shout out to Marta and Lele, but especially George for really taking care of us. I would highly recommend a family stay at Quandrum.

Was a really amazing stay, great amenities and accommodations. The staff was the best staff I've ever had in a hotel, really enjoyed... Beautiful place in a great location.... definitely recommend ppl staying here and will forsure be coming back to this hotel next time I'm in Georgia 🇬🇪

We had such a blast, we were a big group of 30+. Irekli (the owner) made sure we were set with everything, great breakfast, amazing ski equipment, karaoke, shuttles to the mountain at our convenience. Not to mention great facilities and warm home-like environment with fantastic and kind staff. A must must must if you plan on coming to Gudauri!! Thank you Good Aura!

Super cozy hotel. Felt like I was home. Room was well maintained. Food was excellent. Atmosphere in the hotel was immaculate.

I loved the fact that the hotel is situated in a relaxed and calm area surrounded by mountains. Breakfast felt homemade and was delicious. Supermarket was also near. Accessibility to ambulance, police station is something to note. Other than that, hotel is equipped with jacuzzi, pool, sauna, billiard, bar and guests are welcomed by lovely staff.

Highly recommended! It is very cozy and lovely arranged hotel with friendly and polite staff. It is super clean. Every dishes was very tasty, you should take full board safely. There are a lot of possibility almost for every kind of celebration. I enjoyed karaoke, spa and of course, amazing views of mountains.

Wonderful clean and comfortable hotel with beautiful views of the mountains. Good tasty food. But over the course of the week, there was a lack of variety in the dishes. The hotel was perfect, the staff very friendly, and the food excellent; I highly recommend it. The beds are very comfortable.

It seems to be a family-run establishment without an elevator, but the host is helpful and carries luggage. The room is very clean and relatively quiet. You can rent ski equipment directly from the apartment at a good price, and they also offer shuttle services to the ski resort.

The environment is very good, and they will help with luggage, but the breakfast is terrible, it is recommended to bring your own dry food

The location is very good. It's high above the ground. Overall it's good. The front desk clerk also wished us a happy Chinese New Year in Chinese.
