Amazing View, great hospitality, I would suggest to try the pizza margareta and mountain desert from the restaurant menu. And I would highly recommend to go for the spa services. Irma is an awesome therapist.

One of the most beautiful and elegant hotels I’ve ever stayed in. My experience at Marco Polo Hotel Gudauri was truly exceptional. The location is perfect ، all the snow activities are just steps away

The rooms are warm, cozy, and beautifully designed. The breakfast was diverse and delicious with plenty of options. I also loved the entertainment facilities inside the hotel, especially the padel court and bowling area

As soon as I inquired about my misplaced watch, he immediately took the matter seriously. He stayed connected throughout the process and followed up consistently until the watch was safely handed over to my friend

It should be included in the room charge. And it is quite expensive for using the Sauna only one hour. Overall was nice experience there

It is cost-effective to stay here in the summer. The temperature difference between morning and night is big, so you have to wear cotton clothes. You can take pictures of the golden mountain in the sunrise from the room

The location was easy to find it and it’s near to supermarket as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I do not understand why there is a charge for using Sauna room

Outside sitting area is awesome 🤩 with mountains 🏔️ view Staff is helpful and Rooms are also clean and well maintained Overall it was a lovely 🥰 stay Pool table is also there in Ground Floor Visit Kazbegi also and stay a Night over there, with other spectacular mountains

The hotel rooms are very clean, they treat very professionally. I stayed just 1 night which was on 17 May 2023. Yes breakfast has a bit of limited options. But all other areas perfectly covered

First of all, the hotel has a great location, nestled against the mountains and overlooking the water. The breakfast is also very plentiful, and I highly recommend the pizza, it's delicious.

If you are going to take the 930 free transportation up to the ski place, please be early than 930, they actually left around 915, even the front desk told you it’s 930. Or else you gotta wait for the 1030

The first-line snow view is open and unobstructed. The restaurant is very exquisite and tastes good. It is clean and tidy. The decoration is comfortable. Parking is convenient. Transportation is convenient.

The room had everything we needed: a kettle, tea, water, and very comfortable beds with high-quality linens. We really enjoyed everything; we might come back in the winter for some skiing

I don’t understand why others commented that it’s not good. It’s better than any hotels I stayed. If you think you are better than others, just don’t stay, go ritz Carlton then… Anyway

Not too far, 15 mins 20 mins walk. Without the ski equipment is ok, just imagine you need to bring all the equipment up there. The breakfast is super good for me

After breakfast, we were checked in and informed that we had been granted an additional 4 hours of rest at no significant extra charge

✅Liked · The hotel is the one at the back beyond the ski rental. There was no dedicated parking except park where there's space in front of the hotel but that was not very far. The front desk was very helpful

The swimming pool is indoors but not as heated as I liked it to be. Took good 5 mins to adapt to it. The buffet breakfast is decent

Everyone was very nice, and they did let us check in before 2pm when we arrived, which we appreciated. The location is not near anything in the way of restaurants, etc. , but would be fine for the ski lift

Our room was exceedingly hot (in December!), and we had to keep the windows open, even after turning off the radiator. Much of the property could benefit from an update, as the carpet has seen better days

Breakfast was also ok-- no one was going to starve, but nothing to get excited about, either. Staff were not helpful in telling us what was open or closed, or where we could rent equipment

We stayed 2 nights in the hotel, and it was. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough, everything in the bathroom worked

Renting ski equipment was great, Misha was very helpful helping everyone find equipment that suited and fit them. The service from the members of staff was very pleasant and the quality of the food was good

The location is super with stunning views of the mountains and valley. That itself makes it worth while your stay. The rooms are big and spacious and with all the amenities

The location of the hotel is perfect. All rooms are facing the alps which makes it perfect

The hotel recently built a sauna and a swimming pool and Misha organised that we could have early access. Misha also always knows when it’s possible to ski (or not to ski) and can organise lessons

You literally have a LIFT just for you in the hotel to access to the main slopes I don’t know how someone can say this hotel has not good location while is the best in New Gudauri because you have a lift 10m from you to access to the ski slopes

Nina the Head of Reception will help you literally with everything and will make your stay exceptional. I only have nice words for her who make magical our stay and helped me to make my husband birthday unforgettable

All the best restaurants are 5 min walking from the hotel and even the restaurant in the hotel with the fireplace is literally breathtaking. The rooms are so modern, cozy and comfy. You feel literally in a dream

She is the sweetest and kindness person I met in the whole trip. Her professionalism is outstanding and beyond the words. I wish I could stay more days but definitely I will back to this hotel forever

The receptionist was incredibly kind and even drove us there in his own car. We also noticed there’s a shuttle near the hotel, which would be perfect for the winter ski season

Room with a balcony, TV and a private bathroom. Toiletries and a hairdryer are included. The restaurant also features a bar on-site. The staff were super friendly with us.

The modern lift infrastructure, especially the Kobi Pass, ensures great snow conditions even into late spring. It truly feels like a hidden gem for winter sports enthusiasts!

Gudauri Ski Resort is a fantastic destination for anyone looking for breathtaking Caucasian views and powdery snow at a reasonable price

We’ve tried most of the routes — from beginner-friendly slopes to more advanced runs — and Gudauri truly has something for everyone. It’s especially great for freeriders, with wide open spaces and amazing off-piste areas

In 2026, the lift tickets remain very affordable compared to the Alps, costing around 70 GEL per day. I was blown away by the wide, treeless slopes that offer plenty of space for both beginners and intermediate skiers

Over the years, we’ve stayed at: New Gudauri Atrium Block 4 (same building as Drunk Cherry) Alpic (right across from the ice skating rink) All great locations with easy access to lifts, restaurants, and activities

Bathroom was smaller than expected. The view from the room was spectacular, it snowed the whole time, but the location is not by the ski lifts at the main resort

Spent 3 nights at the hotel. Facilities were great. Staff were fantastic. Huge shout out to Marta and Lele, but especially George for really taking care of us. I would highly recommend a family stay at Quandrum.

The hotel is simply superb! Responsive staff. We arrived tired in the morning, Lasha checked us in earlier than the allotted time, simply without words, we were able to rest. The room is clean, stylish, cozy

It was a good hotel for the price. I suggest getting a bigger room than standard. Room access as outside which is not a problem until it snows. Not a lot of electrical outlets, only 1 in our room

The view is absolutely stunning the worker there is so trustworthy I gave them 250 when the 2 rooms costed 180 and she corrected me and gave back the money. Rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels and other items

In the evening you can even go by ski directly till the Hotel! The whole stuff is very nice, Luca speaks a very good english as well as his sister and as I said before - they are alle very very kind and friendly

Very nice hotel and Marina is a great host! You can also ski-in/ski-out if you are looking for this. The cooking is also great, especially the sweets. The rooms are very warm and comfy

Marina, the lovely owner, is an absolute gem. Her kindness and attention to detail truly set this place apart. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible Georgian food Marina prepares every day

Location: * Really close to the lift - 2 minute walk. * Next to the lift there are all the services needed- ski rental, ski-pass office, cafes and restaurants. Sauna: The hotel as a nice sauna that can be used

* Heated nicely and can be controlled (at night it gets hot and we actually closed the heating) * Bathroom and shower are a bit small and could be renovated and enlarged (there is a lot of space) Dining: The stay includes breakfast and dinner, all cooked by the amazing owner Marina

Breakfast is very good, and rooms are modern with very comfortable beds. Also good ski storage room, but there is no sauna in the hotel, only hot tube outside with excelent view

Gogi Resort was absolutely beautiful. The views were stunning, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the whole place felt cozy and relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very kind and helpful

But what surprised us most was the staff—so friendly, absolutely lovely! They answered all our questions and helped us. We asked for a kettle in our room, and they brought it to us within a couple of minutes

Furthermore, due to the heavy snow, our car couldn't reach the hotel, so one of the staff members offered to help and drove us down to the taxi. Honestly, it felt like we were visiting family

Hotel is located near the slope, so you can ride in the morning direct to slope from trail, and also returning back to hotel using trail directly from last slope right after tractors

Was nice little hotel with great view and a stone’s throw to the ski lift and ticketing. You can even ski down to it and back to the hotel but was too late in the season for that

For an additional fee, you can order a sauna, you can also have dinner here by choosing from the menu. We would be happy to come back again

A small, cozy, family-run hotel with a very welcoming atmosphere. The owners and staff are genuinely friendly and make you feel right at home. Located conveniently close to New Gudauri, yet quiet and comfortable

The hotel is in a great location, about 10 minutes walking distance from the ski slopes, so very convenient without being noisy. The sauna deserves a mention: it’s paid separately, but absolutely worth it

It's more like guest house, with friendly and supportive staff. Facility is very tidy and comfortable, with small balcony and parking place. Rooms are wooden retro style. The location is ok. It was relaxing being there.

Incredibly warm and welcoming hosts, a convenient location near the highway, mountain views outside the window, and free parking. Cleanliness is a "B"; there's hot water if the host remembers to turn on the boiler

The room was cool, but tolerable, even though it was 7°C outside on September 1st. When I popped into the kitchen for water, I saw the mess and realized I'd made the right decision not to order breakfast

You can pay in rubles or lari. However, the ruble exchange rate here is the worst – 42 rubles to the lari, compared to 34 rubles in Stepantsminda and 27 rubles to the lari in Khoshuri and Batumi

We visited Tsar Bani while staying at the nearby ski resort and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Our group of four rented the 6-person sauna, which gave us plenty of space to relax

Tsar Bani is not only the best place in the area for its unique banya and message with oak, but also for the excellent accommodation and delicious food if you decide to stay there

Each of us did the Parenie treatment, and it was excellent. The Banya Master explained everything clearly, and the whole experience felt deeply relaxing

Just came for a sauna and scrub. Dmitriy was amazing! I highly recommend for post ski soreness. 10/10
