My partner and I had a very nice one night stay here! Unfortunately we didn’t have more time in Ambrolauri or we definitely would have booked more nights here. Lovely and helpful hosts, would definitely stay again :)

Lovely place, lovely people. Felt so welcome there. They also offered us some free wine and Chacha which we sadly had to decline because we drank to much wine and chacha the night before.

Very lovely place at a great location in Ambrolauri (just 25 min walk from the airport and 5 mins from center and shops). It is located near the river in a quiet neighbourhood. I had a lovely room with wooden floors and clean bathroom. They view is nice too. Hosts are sweet and caring. You can have a yummy homey breakfast in the yard.

The guesthouse is excellent! The room was very cozy and rather warm. Both the bathroom and the room were very clean, and moreover stylish, as for me :) Communication with Madonna and Timur was friendly. We were lucky as we arrived when Timur was making chacha. So we got acquainted with the process at first-hand, and also tasted its fruits, snacking on Madonna's delicious fluffy pancakes. As a result, we left with 2.5 liters of chacha and a kilo of apples :)

I am definitely giving my highest rating to this guesthouse.
We came for a night but extended for another 4 nights and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. It was simple but very authentic. Our room was pretty basic but clean with its own bathroom. We could hear the sound of the river in our room and singing of the birds every morning.
Delicious breakfast and dinner included only homemade organic ingredients and there was so much food that we even packed leftovers for the road to eat during the day. The hosts, Timur and Madonna are the sweetest people who tried to accommodate us in every possible way, and it was a pleasure to share conversations with them over a glass of homemade wine. Madonna is a wonderful cook who made us the most delicious pancakes and shkmeruli. We seriously enjoyed this simple but unique and authentic stay and would love to return one day.
P.S. this is not a hotel but a house where you get to live with locals and experience what local life & traditions in Racha are like.
