If there were a Michelin star for culinary disasters, this hotel restaurant would already be polishing its trophy. I ordered a Caesar salad, which turned out to be a tragic archaeological dig: wilted, possibly prehistoric lettuce, chewy chicken strips that doubled as rubber erasers, and a dressing that whispered, “I expired last season.” Honestly, if there’s ever an Olympic Games for the worst Caesar salad in history, this dish would be taking home the gold — no competition needed.
The ambiance was enhanced by an ensemble of flies circling the table, adding that “farm-to-table” authenticity no one ever asked for. The rest of the food? Cooked to near cremation. The kebab meat was so dry I considered sprinkling sand on top just to make it feel at home in the Sahara.
On the bright side, the Coca-Cola was divine. Crisp, refreshing, perfectly carbonated. Whoever opened that can deserves a raise. Chef — maybe you should shadow them for a week.

As with many hotel rooms they are well laid out and offer tea and
coffee.
However like many rooms when set up for twin beds that is where they become awkward. In order to separate the beds you have to rearrange the furniture. This also reduces the available space.

Rooms are tired, double glazed windows didn't close properly and a tourist hotel for large tour groups.
Only one lift to cover three floors with queues at check-out. Breakfast area is a complete zoo in the morning due to a very small area where the food is laid out...also very limited. Location is a 10 minute walk to old town and did see a nice hotel set in the castle grounds.

Very clean rooms with satisfactory beds. Coffee / Tea making facilities.
Very small tv but didn't need it anyway. The downstairs restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced. Service was very good

The hotel itself is centrally located. Service and breakfast are excellent.
What's exceptional is their kind staff, particular their director Mr. Amiran, front desk staff, and housekeeping. I stayed for only one night a couple weeks ago and stupidly left my wedding ring in my room. They have recovered my ring, kept it safe, and took the trouble to coordinate with me the sending of the ring through international mail back to me at my country of residence. I cannot thank them enough for this. Their honesty, integrity, dedication, and service from the heart are demonstrated through this act of kindness.

My family and I visited in August and stayed for one night included with breakfast.
The rooms were relatively clean and spacious.

Good prices at the restaurant of the property and delicios food 4.5 out of 5. But the staff - barmen and waitresses have to learn to smile. The youngest waitress is absolutely incapable to handle the situation even in case of only 1 table !!!! If you arrive after 21:00 be ready to eat in a hurry and to leave....they are tired and fed up at that time....

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is nothing special, but completely normal. Staff is very friendly. Hotel also has meeting rooms. Location is OK, walking distance from main sight Rabati fortress.

Upscale atmosphere, good music to dine by with friends. The wine list has a great Saperavi. The menu is routinely updated with attention not only to traditional Georgian cuisine, but European and American favorites. The pizza is served up veggies only and is yummy. Salad is Greek or Georgian. And the chef makes wonderful fries Mexican or American. I wound return.
