We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel with our family! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like friends — they met us at the entrance, helped carry our luggage, and even surprised us with a bottle of wine in our room after our walk around Borjomi.
The room was spotless, cozy, and perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and set the perfect start to our day. After check-out, they kindly let us leave our car so we could enjoy a few more hours exploring the town — such a thoughtful touch!
Every detail, from cleanliness to friendliness, was perfect. We felt truly welcome and cared for. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Borjomi and can’t wait to come back ourselves!

*Every body understood English*
1st the receptionist (Nana) is Smily and helpful and the bill man (Saba) was decent boy
2nd the rooms were clean and super
3rd the View was Amazing from both sides
4th the food was great and the kitchen people were optimistic and helpful
...... We were very sad to leave that hotel at the end of our trip

My stay was excellent. Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely come back ❤️🇬🇪 მადლობა❤️

I have been here with my family for vacation and we had a great stay over here. The entire staff was so loving and helping. The rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was amazing and they also provide their inhouse wine.

Such an amazing hotel! Never had more welcoming experience! The rooms are spacious and very cosy. Clean! Tasty breakfast! Amazing terrace on the rooftop. They even gift some home wine when you arrive.
Just across the road there’s Borjomi Palace, you can go there for sauna and other spa treatments.
Highly recommended! Definitely wanna be back

We stayed here for one night as part of our 6-day Georgia trip and had a very unpleasant experience. The restroom was the most compact I’ve ever encountered, and the towels provided were rough. The place lacked a generator, so we had to sleep on a snowy night without a heater. On the positive side, the view from the terrace was beautiful, and the staff at the reception and dining areas were kind and warm.

We Loved this hotel! The family takes such good care of you. We had a few request and they helped us right away . They know what hospitality is. Wonderful big breakfast and comfortable rooms . We also enjoyed the roof top terrace and the view Thank you!

Hotel located in center city not far from historical park. Hotel manager David is very loving towards Slavic women. We got a bonus from him -a free massage in his massage cabinet “ Aisi” His son Sandro is very generous person and can upgrade your room without additional costs. Hotel has high security from thief’s ( camera and local dogs) Hotel has only breakfast included. It was cooked with loving hand of David’s wife. Russian style pancakes are so delicious. David can pick you up any fruits and fresh veggies from his bazar girls. We wish hotel prosperity and good luck!

Milano Palace Borjomi is a great place by any standard. If you are looking for a few days escape - look no further. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and specious, everything is well thought through and is taken good care of. We travelled as family and truly appreciated the convenient set up of the room. Big part of the experience - David - amazing host who makes every hotel guest is treated as his personal guest. We had wonderful time in Borjomi. Thanks to David for making it even more unique and special.

We stayed at the hotel with my mother and child at the end of April. Very clean rooms, pleasant smell, comfortable new mattresses and pillows, really relaxing in the room. Towels, slippers, bathroom accessories - everything is fine! Tea set, coffee, water - everything was in the room. Also there is TV with channels in different languages. Beautiful view from the terrace😍 Good location everything you need is near the hotel 👍🏻 Wonderful fresh breakfast! But the main reason why I would like to return to this hotel is REAL GEORGIAN HOSPITALITY! David is a hospitable host, a warm and responsive person, he helped us a lot! you feel there very welcome! We sincerely recommend the hotel and hope to come back soon :) With love, Ekaterina, Vera and Luka
