Orange Kutaisi Hotel in Kutaisi

It was the worst hotel in my life. The owner of the hotel was very uncultured and not the nicest person. We were placed in very cold rooms (about 15 degrees) where heating and air conditioning did not work. We asked to be moved to another room. After an hour of waiting, the owner arrived at the hotel and immediately started talking to us in aggressive way, he didn’t even want to go into our room to check how cold it was. After a half-hour conversation with him, he agreed to change us room. But this hotel needs to pass some sanitation checks. There was a fungus in the whole room where we lived, I also saw a cockroach on the wall. On the next morning we just wanted to get out of this hotel as soon as possible. Finally, the owner of the hotel specifically canceled the reservation at booking so that we would not go to leave a review and he not pay a commission for booking. Of course, booking will be informed about this, as we also have a receipt for payment. I do not recommend this hotel, it was the worst experience of my life.
