We had a very pleasant stay. After a 4 day hike it felt very good to sleep in a comfortable bed and have a nice breakfast. The staff at this hotel is super friendly and will welcome you at their wine cellar for a tasting. (Nice plus is the view you have over Kutaisi on your terrace and rooftop)

A wonderful place to stay. The hosts were very helpful in planning and organizing the trip and provided a lot of useful information. The hotel owners are living proof that the greatest asset of Georgia is wonderful people. The house is close to the center (we easily walked to the city, although it was possible to use a taxi or BOLT). The rooms are tidy and have all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The food is fresh and homemade. We felt like welcome guests in this hotel. Even without all these advantages, the view from the terrace alone is worth a million.

This is a hidden gem of Kutaisi! Beautiful views, amazing atmosphere. The owners and staff are very friendly and help you feel right at home! The food is absolutely delicious, and the rooms are spacious clean and well furnished! There is a wine cellar, homemade wine, and the tour is so fascinating. You will enjoy every minute of your stay here! :)

Most beautiful location in Kutaisi! Lovely owners and gorgeous hotel and rooms. Excellent food in the restaurant, excellent wine, and amazing atmosphere. You feel right at home immediately. Highly recommend this place for a real cultural visit!

My wife and I stayed here en route from Svaneti to Tbilisi. The place is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with great views of the city from many rooms and the rooftop terrace where we had al fresco dinner and breakfast. The hotel, restaurant and winery is family run. It’s homely and efficiently run. The owners have invested considerable effort in making it warm and unique. The room was exceptional with a small balcony offering great views. The food was local fare and well prepared. It was the perfect place to celebrate my wife’s birthday.

Amazing place for staying for some days, with great views and great food. Winery is fantastic place on the ground floor and wine is so delicious 🤤. Big recommendation. Near to the city centre and monastery. We really enjoyed with terrace and views

Very beautiful and cozy hotel with beautiful view on the Bagrati Cathedral and river Rioni. Host was amazing and room was very clean. Excellent breakfast and dinner. It was great place and we will definitely come back ❤️ P.S wine cellar and all sorts of homemade chacha is a best offer from the host. Totally recommend to visit this place and order wine degustation

The only thing I liked in the hotel - it’s view from the roof terrace and room balcony. Soundproof is awful, the rooms are big, but not cosy, there is a smell from the bathroom. air-condition is either terribly cold or u have to switch it off. The breakfast is very poor. The hotel is located in the remote area and it take a 20-30 minute walk from the center of the city, always up the hill
