Overall, it's a decent hotel that allows pets, for which we're especially grateful.
Cons:
Breakfast was included when booking, but upon arrival we learned it wasn't included, nor was it available for an extra fee. The restaurant was under renovation.
In the morning, a maid popped into the room without knocking.

Lovely & comfortable
A lovely and comfy hotel, great restaurant downstairs. Better than the “luxury” Crowne Plaza from across the road, where nothing is working. Will definitely consider staying here again if I am back in Borjomi!

We enjoyed 4 nights in a charming, delicious, homely place with a kind and respectful attitude towards its guests. The prices are very affordable and the location is excellent. The hotel has 14 guest rooms. It should be noted that there is no elevator in the building and there is no pool. The rooms are not large and the furniture is simple, but in our opinion the wonderful attitude and the food are much more important. Definitely recommend a visit!

The room was quite clean, there were towels with slippers and detergents (soap, shower gel). There was a safe in the cabinet. There was also a paid minibar and a couple of bottles of clean water with a kettle and tea bags in the room. The balcony overlooked the river, there was outdoor furniture and lighting on the balcony. There is a cafe in front of the entrance to the hotel, visitors to the cafe on the second floor could be heard at night, despite the closed balcony door. There was no shelf for personal detergents in the shower. The bed was quite small (about 140 cm wide). The staff was very friendly, despite the fact that they spoke poor Russian, they always tried to understand. A few words about breakfast: quite varied and tasty, there was even a national dish of Georgia - Megrelian khachapuri. The cafe in front of the entrance prepares excellent pizza with a crispy crust, I would also like to note that there are smiling and pleasant waiters working there.

Really enjoyed our trip to Brojomi and the hotel we stayed into. Great location, amazing staff, tasty food. They are pets-friendly, the view from our window was gorgeous. We will definitely stay here again :)

5 star service; Dimitry the owner / manager and his brothers run the hotel, restaurant and bars. The staff goes out of their way to provide exceptional service, I have never experienced this level of service. The room was spotless clean and very comfortable. Car park was available in front of the hotel. PERFECT location, right in the heart of the main attraction in Borjomi.... We loved our 4 night stay in this hotel... Michael and Elena Gratiela Park

I had a great 2 nights stay with my wife and I really enjoyed it. Thanks for the staff who were above and beyond kind. Their manager Dimitri helped me to cancel my reservation without charge as I had to delay my travel.

The coziest place you will ever experience..
So cozy , so comfy ..
Who build it did a great job , the breakfast was so good in a really cozy and clean area.
The rooms are so nice you can have a bed upstairs and it looks like a cottage.
We took in room 41 it had a great view as well🥰

P.s: they should take care of details especially in the toilet there should be a towel holder, the tissue holder , the shampoo and conditioner holder ..
a place to put the bag in the room.
