Excellent hotel with incredible views and warm hospitality. The host family is warm and friendly, and helped us in arranging our day trips. Must stay if you are ever in Mestia!

Even though there wasn't much communication, they helped us with the laundry. gave us access to the parking and free cake in the morning.

The hotel itself is immaculate, cosy, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a day in the mountains. Its location is ideal: close enough to the centre for convenience, yet nestled in a quieter, more picturesque district that offers a true feel of Mestia’s charm.

Beyond just accommodation, staying here felt like immersing myself in Svanetian traditions, from the way the hosts welcomed us to the atmosphere of the place. If you’re looking for an authentic, heartwarming experience in Mestia, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

Excellent choice about 2km past central Mestia away from all the tourists and noise. All rooms have mountain view as well as there being a large communal area on the second floor where you can prepare food and hang your laundry. Rooms are spotless and quite spacious. Owners are really nice people. If you have breakfast it's huge, there's a lot of choice. Being cyclists we were also able to clean our bikes. Best place around. If you hike to Koruldi Lakes come back down the road for different spectacular views and look for the short cut near St.Georges Church back to the hotel....of course start in town and head up the trail.

This hotel is perfect. I love the place. You can have breathtaking paronamic views. At the same time you can see ancient village called Lagami which is full of old Svanian towers and is mystically baeutiful and mountains like Mount Banguriani and Laila and very bautiful forest from balcony. The hosts are very friendly and they will help you in everything. The rooms are very clean, cosy and warm, not just the bedrooms, the whole property. You have everything what you will need for bathroom and selfcare. Also, free parking and free coffe and tea with delicious homemade cake. You can buy famous Svanian salt in this hotel, just ask the owner. And do not miss to order breakfast, because it is so delicious and not expensive. I felt like I was home. The prices are perfect. They speak fluent Russian and little bit English, but their daugher speaks English very well. If you are looking for perfect place to rest and spend amazing time - this hotel is for you!

I stayed here for 2 nights while I was visiting Ushguli. Everything was great.
The host lady and her daughter were very helpful and friendly. If I go Mestia again I will surely revisit this hotel.

Impeccably clean, warm & cosy (the whole property - not just the bedrooms), peaceful location (just a stone’s throw away from the city centre), breathtaking views, incomparable hospitality from the hosts, and overall, fantastic value for money due to their more-than affordable rates. We simply didn’t want to leave! So we will most definitely return 💕
